Bassermann-Jordan Ungeheuer Riesling GG trocken 2022

Der Forster Ungeheuer Riesling 2022 ist ein Deutscher Spitzenwein vom Weingut Geheimer Rat Dr. von Bassermann-Jordan. Die Lage Forster Ungeheuer liegt westlich vom Weinort Forst am Hang des Haardtgebirges und verdankt ihren Namen dem früheren Deidesheimer Stadtschreiber Johann Adam Ungeheuer, welcher 1699 verstarb. Schon der ehemalige Reichskanzler Otto von Bismarck soll diesen Wein bewundert haben und sagte über einen Rebsaft aus dieser Lage: "Dies Ungeheuer schmeckt mir ungeheuerlich!" Wie für Bassermann-Jordan üblich, wird auch bei diesem großen Gewächs nichts unversucht gelassen, dem herausragenden Terroir der Lage gerecht zu werden. So werden die Trauben für das 2022er Forster UNGEHEUER GG in mehreren Durchgängen per Hand selektiv gelesen. 60% des Rieslings wurden im Edelstahltank ausgebaut, der Rest im traditionellen Stückfass. Die einzelnen Grundweine verblieben nach der Gärung bis zur Füllung im Juli auf der Vollhefe, was die Intensität, Feinheit und den Fruchtdruck des Weines ungemein erhöht. In der Nase Zitrusfrüchte, Rauch, Kardamon, mineralische Eindrücke und Pfirsich. Am Gaumen imposant strukturiert, etwas salzige Mineralität auf der Zunge, viel Kraft, aber auch Cremigkeit. Der Nachhall ist lang anhaltend und ausgesprochen intensiv. Ein Deutscher Spitzenriesling, aus einer Top-Lage, der noch etwa 4-5 Jahre lang im Keller verbleiben sollte, um die erste Genußreife zu erlangen. Er wird dann dem Weinkenner noch lange Freude bereiten. Der Forster Ungeheuer von Bassermann-Jordan ist ein wunderbarer Solo-Wein; er passt allerdings auch hervorragend zu Meeresfrüchten, thailändischer Küche, Sushi, Schalentieren, gegrilltem Gemüse oder auch zu würzigen Pasta-Gerichten.

Belondrade Quinta Apolonia 2025

Ein erstklassiger Zweitwein: Der Belondrade Quinta Apolonia ist sozusagen der kleine Bruder des berühmteren Belondrade y Lurton. Was aber Qualität und auch Beliebtheit angeht, ist der Abstand zwischen diesen beiden Spitzenweinen aus Spanien nicht groß. 92 Punkte in Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate für den Belondrade Quinta Apolonia im Jahrgang 2023 sind ein deutlicher Fingerzeig, dass dieser reinsortige, junge Verdejo ein wunderbares Geschmackserlebnis ist.Der spanische Weißwein duftet anregend nach Pfirsich und Aprikose, dazu Noten von exotischen Früchten wie Litschi und Maracuja. Im Hintergrund florale Nuancen sowie unterschwellige Anklänge von Zitrusfrüchten. Weinkritiker Luis Gutiérrez schreibt im Wine Advocate von einer „ausdrucksstarken Nase mit Pfirsich und Lorbeer, dazu etwas Rosenblätter, ein wenig exotisch mit Noten, die an Moscatel oder gar Gewürztraminer erinnern“.Am Gaumen ist der Verdejo trocken und angenehm weich, mit kraftvollen Aromen und zugleich einer eindrucksvollen Frische. Die Ausgewogenheit von nuancierter Frucht, feiner Säure und hintergründigen Eichenholz-Aromen machen den Belondrade Quinta Apolonia zu einem kleinen Fest für die Sinne. Der Weißwein hallt noch länger nach.Der goldgelb strahlenden Verdejo von Belondrade, etwa 180 Kilometer nordwestlich von Madrid im Anbaugebiet Castilla y León gelegen, wurde zu einem Drittel im Barrique fermentiert und zu zwei Dritteln in Edelstahl und Beton. Belondrade y Lurton DO Rueda 2024

In der Zwischenzeit wurde der 26zigste Jahrgang des Belondrade y Lurton hergestellt. Auch der aktuelle Jahrgang zeigt wieder die ganze Kunst des Weinmachens von Belondrade. Mit etwa nur 100.000 Flaschen immer noch eine überschaubare Produktionsmenge ist dieser Weißwein aus Rueda bereits weltweit etabliert. Auf insgesamt 23 biologisch bewirtschafteten Parzellen des Weinbergs Quinta San Diego wachsen die Trauben für diesen außergewöhnlichen Wein. Der Belondrade y Lurton überzeugt durch ein vielfältiges Aromenspiel in der Nase. Am Gaumen herrlich frisch und elegant. Ungewöhnlich für einen fassgereiften Verdejo ist die unverwechselbare Typizität nach exotischen Früchten und cremigen Holznoten. Schöne Balance zwischen Frucht und Gerbstoffen mit einer weichen, aber festen Struktur. Die moderate Säure verleiht dem Belondrade y Lurton eine anhaltende Komplexität, die im Abgang mit einem süßen Schmelz endet.Der Belondrade y Lurton passt hervorragend zu kräftigen Salaten oder leichten Fischgerichten. Binigrau Celler Nounat 2025

Beim Binigrau Nounat handelt es sich um einen Weißwein von der wunderschönen Insel Mallorca. Der Wein besteht zu 60% aus der autochthonen Sorte Prensal Blanc, die aus alten Weinbergen stammt. Die restlichen 40 % steuert die Rebsorte Chardonnay bei. Beide Rebsorten werden separat vinifiziert und ausgebaut. Die Gärung beginnt spontan und wird sorgfältig überwacht und kontrolliert. Eine lange Gärung auf der Hefe bei sehr niedrigen Temperaturen bewahrt subtile Aromen.Der Binigrau Nounat hat eine saubere und helle blassgelbe Farbe. Er schimmert leicht golden im Glas. Das Bouquet ist komplex und besticht durch Noten von Zitrusfrucht, Mandeln und exotischen Früchten. Schon der erste Schluck zeigt die saftig frische Säure. Der Wein kombiniert eine weiche Cremigkeit mit einer schönen Fülle. Wunderbar vollmundig und belebend bis zum Abgang.Einer der besten Weißweine Mallorcas, welcher sehr schön mit unterschiedlichsten Speisen zu kombinieren ist.
