The history of the terroir between Verona and Lake Garda, the passion of a family, the culture of a region - when you put all this into a wine, the result is Gorgo Custoza DOC. Fresh, fruity and slightly aromatic, this dry white wine is made from a complex blend of grapes at the Italian Gorgo winery and is characterized by its soft, juicy character.The certified organic Trebbianco Toscano, Garganega, Cortese and Tocai Friulano grapes are harvested by hand. After standing on the skins for a few hours, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Further ageing takes place for 4 months on the fine lees.This Italian white wine is light straw-colored in the glass. The nose exudes an intense aroma of flowers and white-fleshed fruit. Aromas of apple and peach on the palate. Freshness characterizes this wine full of character. The Gorgo Custoza DOC is particularly enjoyable at a drinking temperature of 10 °C. The wine is not only suitable as a fine aperitif, but also goes well with many dishes - from pasta and soups, seafood salads and vegetarian dishes to raw and grilled fish.

Die Pinot Grigio Trauben werden von Hand selektiv geerntet und bei kontrollierter Temperatur in Edelstahltanks vergoren.Der Gorgo Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie leuchtet zart strohgelb, mit kristallklaren Perlreflexen. In der Nase ist er fruchtig, mit angenehmen Noten von Zitrusfrüchten, Birne und grünem Apfel. Der Geschmack ist weich, trocken, frisch, spritzig und harmonisch. Ein besonderer Genuss ist dieser Weißwein bei einer Trinktemperatur von 10°. Dieser Pinot Grigio eignet sich wunderbar als Aperitif oder als Begleiter zu Meeressfrüchtesalaten und -risottos, Muscheln und Krustentiere. Vom Geheimtipp bis zu einem Star hat sich der Gorgo San Michelin Custoza DOC des Gardasees entwickelt. Das Familienweingut Gorgo hat hier die feinen Akzente gesetzt. Das Gleichgewicht zwischen Tradition und Innovation, viel Handarbeit und eine weitgehend biologische Wirtschaftsweise sind die herausstechenden Kennzeichen von Gorgo. Authentisch und sehr regionstypisch präsentiert sich der beliebte italienische Weißwein.Der Custoza ist eine Cuvée, die aus 3 verschieden traditionellen Rebsorten vom Gardasee vinifiziert wird. Der Trebbiano, der die Struktur und den kräftigen Körper liefert, der Cortese, der Frische und Harmonie bringt, und Garganega, der für die üppige Frucht und dezent blumige Aromatik sorgt. Zusammen formen Sie einen lebhaften, frischen und vollmundigen Wein.Die reifen Trauben werden spät von Hand geerntet. Es folgt eine 20-25-stündigen Mazeration auf den Schalen. Anschließend wird der Rebsaft in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur vergoren. Der Custoza lagert danach weitere 6 Monate auf der Feinhefe und nach Abfüllung 3 Monate in der Flasche.Im Glas zeigt sich der Gorgo San Michelin Custoza DOC in einem intensiven strohgelb mit brillanten Reflexen. Aromen von grünen Äpfeln, Birnen und Blüten, unterstrichen von mineralischen und leicht grasigen Noten umspielen die Nase. Am Gaumen ist unser Star kompakt, mit gut eingebundener Säure. Sein Finale ist lang und fruchtig.Dieser wundervolle Wein lässt sich besonders gut zu Risotto, Geflügel und Fischgerichten trinken. Optimal entfalten sich seine Anklänge bei einer Trinktemperatur von 10°C.
