Enjoy summer the Italian way with the Mabis Biscardo Uvam Pinot Grigio IGT. The Pinot Grigio combines mineral spice, fruity aromas, juicy fruit and wild herbs to create a harmonious, sparkling wine.

With Mabis Pinot Grigio Uvam, sparkling youthfulness meets elegance and an artful composition of aromas. The Pinot Grigio from the heart of Veneto combines state-of-the-art technology with the traditional art of winemaking - and the result is impressive.

The white wine appears very light in the glass, with greenish reflections. The bouquet is also green - grasses and herbs, an elegant fruity aroma and exotic fruit can already be sensed on the nose. The smooth mouthfeel gives the flavors a light, fresh character. The restrained acidity and strong body make the wine a gentle pleasure.

Pinot Grigio Uvam tastes particularly good at a temperature of 8-10 °C and in combination with white meat or fish. Chicken with pasta is also an elegant accompaniment for this white wine with its harmonious acidity.

Die italienische Familie Biscardo betreibt seit mehr als 100 Jahren erfolgreich Weinanbau in der größten Weinregion Italiens: in Venetien. Hinter der Kollektion Mabis stehen die Brüder Maurizio und Martino Biscardo, die den Familienbetrieb von Soave aus, der berühmten kleinen Stadt in der Provinz Verona, führen. Die ersten Buchstaben ihrer Vor- und Zunamen ergeben den Namen von Mabis.

Weine von Mabis sind bekannt für ihre hohe Qualität und Zugänglichkeit sowie ihr ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Natürlich setzen die Winzer dabei vornehmlich auf die Rebsorten, die ihre Heimatregion auszeichnen. So prägt Trebbiano di Lugana als autochthone Rebsorte Norditaliens den Mabis Morena Lugana DOC. Die Rebsorten Corvina aus der Talebene von Verona, Rondinella, ebenfalls aus dem Veneto, und Molinara, deren Hauptanbaufläche in der Nähe des Gardasees liegt, verleihen dem Mabis Amarone della Valpolicella Classico seinen einzigartigen Geschmack. The grapes come from vineyards in Montagna, Tramin and Egna, planted in calcareous clay and pebble soils at altitudes ranging from 250 to 500 meters.The grapes for this wine were gently pressed off to steel tanks immediately after harvest. This wine is named for the historical Unterebner farm and vineyard. The vines here rise to an altitude of approximately 450 meters, planted in calcareous soils made up of gravel and clay.
