Fruity aromas of peach and apple characterize the bouquet of the Lenotti ‘Colle Dei Tigli’ Bianco Del Veneto I.G.T., complemented by fine floral fragrances. On the palate, this fresh white wine is full-bodied, dry, clear structured and well-balanced. This blend consisting of the Cortese and Garganega grape varieties comes from centuries-old vineyards in the moraine region south of Lake Garda. The Northern Italian white wine is of a straw yellow colour with green glints.

It is an ideal accompaniment to starters, first light courses of a set menu, fish dishes and white meat. The Lenotti ‘Colle Dei Tigli’ Bianco Del Veneto I.G.T. is also a real pleasure as an aperitif.

Bereits 1906 verkaufte das Unternehmen Lenotti offene Weine in Fässern und Korbflaschen. Bis 1968 gelang es, den Betrieb beständig zu erweitern und sich auf die Erzeugung von Qualitätsweinen zu spezialisieren. Lenotti begann in dieser Zeit auch mit der Abfüllung und dem Direktvertrieb seiner Weine. Seit nunmehr 40 Jahren wird die Gesamtproduktion ausschließlich in Flaschen verkauft. Der Betrieb wird auch heute von der Familie Lenotti geführt. Giancarlo, Önologe und verantwortlich für die Produktion, seine Frau Marina, die sich um den Verkauf in Italien kümmert, sowie der Sohn Claudio, zuständig für das internationale Geschäft, führen das erfolgreiche Unternehmen. Über 90% der produzierten Weine werden ins Ausland geliefert. Die wichtigsten Märkte sind Deutschland, Dänemark, Belgien, Holland, die Schweiz und England. Aber auch auf anderen Kontinenten verkauft das Weingut seine Produkte.

In den Hügeln der Gemeinden von Negrar, Valgatara di Marano di Valpolicella und Fumane im Valpolicella-Gebiet reifen die Trauben für die bekannten tief dunkelroten Weine von Lenotti heran, die sich meist aus Corvina, Rondinella und Molinara zusammensetzen. Hervorragende Weißweine erzeugt das Weingut aus Pinot Grigio und Garganega-Reben, aber auch Trebbiano Toscano.

The Life from Stone Sauvignon Blanc from Springfield Estate in Robertson, South Africa, is an impressive example of the region's exceptional minerality. On the estate's extremely stony quartz soils, the vines thrive in challenging conditions, giving the wine its characteristic pebbly, mineral expression. Every step in the vineyard reflects the meticulous handiwork of Springfield Estates: the planting of the older vines required monumental efforts, sometimes even the use of dynamite, to penetrate the hard rock.The vines are planted on a gently south-facing slope with 6060 vines per hectare. The climate is characterized by moderate summers with cool nights and cold winters, while the southeast wind in summer ensures healthy, aromatic grapes. These grapes are harvested at night and immediately protected with dry ice to preserve their freshness and fine aromas. Before bottling, only a 2.5-micron filtration is carried out - a gentle treatment that preserves the natural freshness and complexity of the wine.Intense minerality meets fresh citrus and green apple notes, which are typical of Sauvignon Blanc. The Lenotti Capomastro has a lovely, intense bouquet hinting of red berries. This particularly fruity and refreshing red wine is full-bodied, well structured, dry and very harmonious on the palate. The silky tannins are nicely integrated. This red wine from vineyards located on the southern shore of Lake Garda is a blend consisting of Corvina and Rebo grapes.
