The Librandi Ciro Bianco DOC is a sensual refreshment. With its brilliant straw-yellow color, this dry white wine from the Calabria/Cirò wine-growing region is already a delight in the bottle. When uncorked, it exudes its inimitably fresh bouquet, revealing the fruity scent of lemon, orange and redcurrant. This fresh character is accompanied by a floral component.

On the palate, this lively white wine is light, uncomplicated and refreshing. The fruity experience is accompanied by fine mineral notes on the finish.

The Italian winery Librandi produces the wine entirely from the Greco Bianco grape variety. Enjoy this fruity white wine at a drinking temperature of between 8 and 10 °C - either as an aperitif or with light cuisine. Librandi

Die Kellerei Librandi wurde 1950 von Nicodemo Librandi gegründet. Das Weingut hat eine Fläche von 359 Hektar, wovon 232 Hektar mit Weinstöcken und 100 Hektar mit Olivenbäumen bestückt sind. Geleitet wird das Unternehmen heute von den Brüdern Cataldo und Prof. Nicodemo Librandi. Letzterer ist seit über 20 Jahren für den deutschen Markt zuständig. Der dritte Bruder Antonio ist bereits gestorben.

Der renommierte Önologe Donato Lanatim, Professor an den Universitäten Turin und Florenz, ist bei Librandi für den Ausbau der Weine zuständig.

Das Weingut gehört zu den wichtigsten Weingütern Kalabriens und befindet sich in Ciro Marina. Bei Librandi werden hauptsächlich heimische Rebsorten angebaut. Beispielsweise ist die Gaglioppo-Rebe bei Librandi mit tonangebend. Aber auch Cabernet Sauvignon Trauben sind im Sortiment enthalten und geben den Kreationen den perfekten Schliff. Weißweine produziert das Weingut aus Venetien erfolgreich aus Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, aber auch Mantonico-Reben.

The Librandi Critone Bianco IGT is an excellent white wine from Calabria and brings summer to the table with its fresh aroma.This dry wine is a cuvée from the Sauvignon and Chardonnay grape varieties, which grow in the vineyards of Calabria under the constant control of the Librandi winery.The young wine was given the name Critone as a reminiscence of Socrates' disciples and the ancient wine culture. Its bouquet is reminiscent of exotic fruits, so you can literally taste juicy pineapples and mangoes from the tropics.
