Louis Jadot Chablis AOC
Louis Jadot Chablis AOC 2024
The Louis Jadot Chablis comes from northern Burgundy, halfway between Dijon and Paris. This ensures that the fruit, along with the freshness and minerality typical of Chablis, are preserved with exceptional clarity. On the nose, the wine displays aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, and stone fruits, accompanied by subtle stony and mineral notes. On the palate, it is precise, fresh, and concentrated, with lively acidity, distinct citrus fruit, and pronounced minerality. The dry, elegant finish is carried by subtle stony nuances and a pleasant freshness. The Louis Jadot Chablis pairs excellently with oysters, mussels, and other seafood, as well as fish tartare and pan-seared fish. Marcel Deiss Schoenenbourg Alsace Grand Cru
Marcel Deiss Schoenenbourg Alsace Grand Cru 2018
