Nuiton Beaunoy Bourgogne Chardonnay AOC

With the Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Chardonnay, you get a piece of Burgundy tradition in your glass - elegant, authentic and versatile.

This white wine comes from the vineyards of the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits and de Beaune, where the vines, which are over 20 years old, offer the best conditions for expressive wines. The result is a Chardonnay that stands for the typical freshness and finesse of the Côte d'Or.

Vinification takes place gently in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before the Chardonnay is matured on the lees. This process gives it a harmonious balance between freshness and creaminess as well as a particularly fine interplay of aromas.

In the glass, the Nuiton-Beaunoy Bourgogne Chardonnay is a light gold with silver reflections. Elegant notes of white flowers unfold on the nose. On the palate, it is soft, full-bodied and long-lasting with aromas of pears, apricots and vineyard peaches.

This Chardonnay is the ideal accompaniment to poultry, creamy risottos, light pasta dishes and fine fish variations. It also unfolds its full potential with mild cheese. It is best served at a temperature of 10 to 12 °C so that its fresh, fruity and floral nuances come into their own.
