Maison Savas Le Cinq is a natural white wine with a low alcohol content of just 5% vol. This wine is the result of a modern yet artisanal approach that respects winemaking traditions.

Le Cinq has a bright pale yellow color with shimmering silver reflections. The nose reveals lively aromas of white cherry, plum and exotic fruit, accompanied by floral undertones and a subtly spicy finish that creates a delicate aromatic complexity. On the palate, this wine presents itself with a round and lush texture and aromas of ripe fruit such as peach and apricot. The finish is fresh and elegant, leaving an impression of lightness and liveliness, beautifully rounded off by a light, natural sweetness.

The Maison Savas, Le Cinq, is made from a carefully selected cuvée. The bright and floral white wines come from plots on light, sandy soils and offer freshness and finesse. These are joined by richer, fruitier wines from clay and limestone soils, which provide roundness and aromatic depth. Fermentation is stopped by cold, which preserves the natural sugar content of the grapes. This process results in a perfectly balanced wine that is both refreshing and gently sweet with a low alcohol content.

Served at 6-8°C, Le Cinq goes well with light, light dishes - such as salads, fish, seafood or vegetable dishes - and is ideal as a low-alcohol alternative for social gatherings.

For this Sauvignon Blanc, the winery works with selected plots in the cool Elgin Valley, around 350 meters above sea level. The climatic conditions there - cool nights, temperate days and fertile soils - are ideal for growing Sauvignon Blanc.The grapes for this Eikendal Sauvignon Blanc come from a precisely defined block and are cultivated sustainably without irrigation.
