Louis Jadot Petit Chablis AOC

The Louis Jadot Petit Chablis comes from northern Burgundy, in the area around Chablis, halfway between Dijon and Paris. The appellation’s vineyards are located around the towns of Chablis, Maligny, and Beine, among others. The continental climate—with cold winters, warm summers, and potential spring frosts—along with the marly limestone soils, shape the characteristic style of Chablis wines.

Fermentation and subsequent aging take place in stainless steel tanks. This ensures that the fruit and freshness of the Chardonnay are preserved as authentically as possible.

On the nose, the wine displays fresh, crisp aromas with notes of citrus, white fruits, and subtle floral hints. On the palate, it is straightforward and fresh, with approachable minerality, lively acidity, and a clean, dry finish. Its uncomplicated yet characterful nature makes it a particularly versatile representative of the Chablis region.

The Louis Jadot Petit Chablis pairs excellently with oysters, mussels, and other seafood, as well as grilled fish. It is also an excellent choice with light appetizers, goat cheese, and sushi.
