Der Stellenzicht Thunderstone Red ist ein südafrikanischer Blend aus den Rebsorten Cinsault, Syrah und Cabernet Sauvignon. Die Trauben werden einzeln vergoren und nach einer 18-monatigen Reife in französischen Eichenfässern gemischt und abgefüllt. Es entsteht ein Rotwein mit zartem Duft und komplexen Aromen, die in der Nase vornehmlich Aromen roten Beerenfrüchten, Kirschen und herzhaften Gewürzen zeigen. Der Thunderstone Red von Stellenzicht hat am Gaumen eine mittelkräftige Struktur mit überzeugender voller Frische und saftiger roter Frucht. Die Tannine sind reif, aber dennoch straff und wunderbar eingebunden. Das anfangs überschwängliche und energische Mundgefühl geht über in einen weichen Abgang mit Noten von süßen Gewürzen.Probieren Sie den Stellenzicht Thunderstone Red zu einem T-Bone Steak, einer Rinderroulade oder mittlerem Käse. Stellenzicht Tristone Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Der Stellenzicht Tristone Cabernet Sauvignon stammt aus der für diese Rebsorte bestens bekannte Weinregion Stellenbosch in Südafrika. Tristone bezieht sich auf die drei Arten von Sandsteinböden, auf denen der Cabernet-Sauvignon auf dem Weingut angebaut wird. Jede Bodenart verleiht dem Wein ein einzigartiges Element. Dieser Wein bringt das Terroir dieser Böden durch seine elegante Balance zwischen Frucht, Struktur und anhaltenden Tanninen zur Geltung.Die Farbe ist typisch für einen Cabernet Sauvignon, dunkles rot mit leichten violetten Reflexen. Die Nase des Tristone Cabernet von Stellenzicht zeigt sich sehr aromatisch mit Noten nach Cassis, blauen Früchten und Zeder. Der Wein reift nach der Gärung für 18 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern, was zu festen, trockenen, kalkhaltigen Tanninen führt. Er zeigt einen klassischen Kern aus dunklen Früchten, Zedernholz und viel Mineralität. Noch leicht jugendlich wirkend, aber mit sehr guter Struktur kann der Stellenzicht Tristone Cabernet Sauvignon noch lange genossen werden. Er wird von weiterer Lagerung sicherlich noch profitieren.

Thelema The Mint comes from the Stellenbosch region in South Africa. The wine has a long tradition and is proven to be one of the best Cabernet Sauvignons in the country.The origin of the "mint" character is attributed to the transfer of air from the eucalyptus trees bordering this particular Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard to the grapes. The outer wax layer of the berries adsorbs eucalyptol, a compound responsible for the aroma, which is released into the air by the trees. It then dissolves on the skins during the fermentation process, inevitably giving the wine a "minty" character that is unique to this vineyard. In the glass, the wine is a deep dark red. The nose is characterized by aromas of ripe red berries, cassis and dark chocolate. On the palate, a hint of mint complements the opulent overall impression. The wine has fine tannins with a long mocha finish.Maturing for 18 months in wooden barrels, with 40% new French oak and 60% older barrels, gives Thelema The Mint depth and longevity. Thelema Merlot 2021

The Thelema Merlot is an elegant, full-bodied red wine from the renowned vineyards of South Africa.It embodies a remarkable balance between gentle elegance and lively fruitiness. Ripe red cherries and juicy plums dominate the aroma and make for a seductive start that promises a tasty experience. The palate is round and harmonious, with a lingering, graceful finish that impressively underlines the finesse of the wine.During vinification, the grapes are carefully destemmed to preserve as many whole berries as possible.
