Der Errazuriz Max Cabernet Sauvignon duftet anregend facettenreich nach Himbeeren, schwarzen Kirschen und Blaubeeren sowie nach Noten von Dill und Rosmarin. Am Gaumen wunderbar fruchtbetont, mit einer feinen, süßlichen Würze und balsamischen Tönen. Ein Rotwein mit eindrucksvoller Fülle, feingliedrigen Tanninen, einer guten Struktur und Persistenz.

12 Monate reifte der Cabernet aus Chile in französischen Eichenfässern, wobei zu 20% neue Fässer zum Einsatz kamen. Luis Gutiérrez verleiht diesem Rotwein in Robert Parker‘s Wine Advocate 89 Punkte und schreibt unter anderem: „In fact the palate is bone dry and has some grainy tannins, really pleasant and easy to drink. Very good typicity, value and it should also be readily available.”
