The Langmeil Steadfast Shiraz / Cabernet combines two of Australia's most important grape varieties in a powerful yet balanced cuvée. Originating from the renowned Barossa Valley, this red wine combines the depth of Shiraz and the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon in an ideal way.In the glass, the wine is deep red with violet reflections. Intense aromas of dark berries, black cherries, spices and a hint of oak unfold on the nose. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with velvety tannins, well-balanced acidity and a long, spicy finish.The Langmeil Steadfast Shiraz Cabernet matured for 9 months in American and French oak.Wine has been grown in the Langmeil vineyards since the 1840s. The German immigrant Christian Auricht planted the first vines - Shiraz, of course. The Lanzerac Jonkershoek Reserve is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Petit Verdot. The grapes for each variety used in this blend come from selected vineyards in the Jonkershoek Valley in South Africa. The grapes were harvested by hand and selected with the utmost care. Only the best grapes made it into this exceptional red wine. Fermentation and maturation took place in French oak. This expressive Cabernet-based blend is full of aromas of black cherry, chocolate, spices and a hint of cassis. On the palate, the Lanzerac Jonkershoek Reserve is juicy, supple and with silky, integrated tannins. It has a wonderfully long finish.This full-bodied wine is a perfect accompaniment to hearty dishes, oxtail, game and rack of lamb with a herb crust.

The Lomond Syrah comes from the cool, coastal vineyards of Cape Agulhas, one of South Africa's southernmost wine regions. Due to the fresh sea breezes, the grapes ripen slowly and develop an extraordinary aroma with a perfect balance between fruit, spice and elegance.In the glass, this Syrah is a deep ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by intense aromas of dark berries such as blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by floral notes such as violet and a hint of white pepper, cloves and Mediterranean herbs. An impressive structure unfolds on the palate with velvety tannins, fine spice and well-integrated acidity. The long finish is characterized by subtle wood notes and mineral accents.The grapes are carefully harvested by hand in the early hours of the morning to preserve their freshness. After temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, some of which are new. This gives the wine additional depth, complexity and an elegant tannin structure.The Lomond Syrah is a perfect accompaniment to grilled lamb, beef steak, game dishes or hearty stews. Later, it shows notes of liquorice and fine nuances of vanilla.This wine is medium-bodied and rich in taste, showing juicy aromas of plums, cherries and berries, which mingle with notes of dark chocolate, mocha and spices.The wine matured for 12 months in repeatedly used American oak casks.The Penfolds Bin 28 is a prime example of Australian Shiraz wines, made of grapes which ripened at a pleasant warmth. It is robust and offers opulent, juicy aromas, without showing dominant notes of new oak or an excessive alcohol content. This Shiraz was produced for the first time in 1962 and owed its name ‘Kalimna’ to the renowned vineyard located in the Barossa Valley. Penfolds acquired this vineyard in 1945, from whose grapes the wine was initially solely made.Today, the Bin 28 is a real Penfolds - a multi-regional and multi-vineyard blend, which means that this wine is made from vines from different regions and vineyards. It shows clearly defined, ripe fruit in its youth, concentration and significant fruit sweetness, with minimal wood influence.
