Fattoria di Basciano Chianti Rufina Riserva 2020

The Fattoria di Basciano Chianti Rufina Riserva is characterized by its dark red color and fruity bouquet. This red wine from Tuscany is a cuvée made from Sangiovese and Colorino grapes. The grapes give the wine its dark red color, which takes on garnet reflections in the light. Both grape varieties feel particularly at home under the Tuscan sun. Sangiovese in particular has a long tradition in the production of Chianti. The Renzo Masi winery cultivates Chianti Rufina in the Sieve Valley. Here, the smallest of the Chianti vineyards with its unique soil and climatic conditions offers optimal conditions for exceptional yields. This complex red wine from Italy pampers your nose as well as your palate with fine fruit aromas. Notes of blackberry and cherry can be tasted along with a hint of pepper. To fully develop its flavor, it is recommended to enjoy this Chianti at a drinking temperature of 16 to 18 °C. It goes just as well with Italian pasta as it does with meat dishes.

Bouchard Finlayson Hannibal 2022
