Fast 50 Jahre alte Reben (1.400 Rebstöcke) von dieser Einzellage werden akribisch gelesen, bevor der Rheingau-Riesling zu einem Schaumwein von außergewöhnlicher Qualität verarbeitet wird. Der stark limitierte Sekt strahlt im Glas in einem herrlichen Gelbton mit grünlichem Schimmer. Die hochfeine Perlage unterstützt den auch optisch edlen Eindruck.
