The Marzadro Grappa Trentina Morbida is a wonderfully soft blend consisting of the Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer grape varieties. The grappa was produced in discontinuous coppers using the meticulous Bagnomaria distillation method. After distillation, it matured for several months in barrels in which the Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune grappa was previously aged. The distillate is rounded off by the breathing of the wood and the contact with oxygen, resulting in an aromatic and velvety grappa that has an intense and long-lasting taste.

The "Six Flowers" symbolize the diversity of grape varieties used to compose this elegant blend - a tribute to the rich flora of the Cape region and the estate's biodiverse philosophy.In the glass, the white wine is a radiant light gold with greenish reflections. The nose is caressed by a multi-layered bouquet of white flowers, ripe pears, citrus fruits, honeydew melon and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, the Six Flowers is full-bodied, fresh and structured, with a successful balance of fruit, fine acidity and creamy texture.The blend combines six white grape varieties, typically including Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Gewürztraminer and Riesling - although the exact composition can vary slightly depending on the vintage. Each variety is vinified separately in order to bring out its individual strengths.After selective harvesting, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place, partly in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve freshness and primary aromas. This white wine has been cultivated in the region since the 11th century. It has an intense straw to golden yellow color in the glass. Its aroma is characterized by spicy notes, accompanied by sweet, muscatel-like nuances of dried flowers, cloves and rose petals. Gewürztraminer pampers the palate with a full-bodied, spicy, rich, lively and fresh taste and harmoniously balanced acidity. The favorable location of the vineyards, the direct sunlight and the good aeration of the grapes provide the best conditions for this Traminer from the traditional Peter Zemmer winery.Serve the wine slightly chilled at a drinking temperature of 12 to 14 °C. Tiefenbrunner Merus Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC 2024

Das Bouquet des Tiefenbrunner Merus Gewürztraminer prägen facettenreiche Noten von reifen Trauben, Honig, kandierten Früchten und orientalischen Gewürzen. Dazu kommen Nuancen von Salbei und Rosenblättern. Am Gaumen ist dieser Weißwein aus Südtirol vollmundig und harmonisch, mit schöner Milde und zunehmend fruchtbetonter aromatischer Tiefe.Die Trauben dieses Gewürztraminers stammen von etwa 40 Jahre alten Rebstöcken. Sie wachsen an nach Süd-Südost ausgerichtete Hanglagen im Gebiet von Kurtatsch und Entiklar. Die temperaturkontrollierte Gärung erfolgte im Betonbehälter, danach der viermonatige Ausbau im Edelstahltank.
