Der St. Michael Eppan Gewürztraminer präsentiert sich im Glas mit einer intensiven, strohgelben Farbe. In der Nase entfaltet er ein betörendes Bouquet von exotischen Früchten wie Litschi, Maracuja und Ananas. Intensive blumige Noten von Rosen und Jasmin verleihen dem Wein eine unverwechselbare aromatische Tiefe. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der St. Michael Eppan Gewürztraminer vollmundig und opulent. The must was allowed to ferment at controlled temperature (21 ° C) without malolactic fermentation.Tasting NotesTramin is the cradle of Gewürztraminer, and the village claims the best vineyards dedicated to the variety planted around the village the west bank of the Adige valley.
