Wente Vineyards Chardonnay stands for the finest creations from the Livermore Valley near the San Francisco Bay. The morning coastal fog pushed by the Pacific winds to the vineyards of the traditional winery, lets mature the Chardonnay grapes very consistently. So wonderfully balanced wines develop with a beautiful minerality and acidity.The Wente Morning Fog Chardonnay is a blend of Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer. On the nose it offers invigorating aromas of apples and tropical fruits, which are wonderfully complemented by flavors of vanilla and toast. On the palate, full-bodied and with nice acidity.The fresh, crisp white wine was aged for five months to 50% in American oak and to 50% in stainless steel tanks to emphasize the natural fruit flavors. Enjoy this wine from Wente. The winery was founded in 1883 and has developed an international name among others by its Chardonnay wines.

The wine-growing region of Alsace in France is, apart from South Tyrol, the best-known region for the Gewürztraminer grape variety, which generally produces wines that ideally complement meals. The Wolfberger Gewürztraminer Signature is a particularly good example of this.The wine is a powerful gold in colour, indicating its entire complexity and aromas right from the start. Its wonderfully exotic bouquet offers notes of mango, papaya and guava, along with nuances of jasmine blossoms and crisp aromas of apples, surrounded by sweet notes of cinnamon. On the palate, the medium-dry white wine is full-bodied, crisp and spicy. The slightly sweet taste is rounded off by juicy, fruity aromas of mirabelles and plums. Its finish is supple and light.The Wolfberger Gewürztraminer Signature is delicious with Asian cuisine.
