The Galante Sangiovese Appassimento is a high-quality red wine from Emilia-Romagna, the region in northern Italy. The pure Sangiovese was produced using the traditional "Appassimento method". After the harvest, the grapes dry in small boxes before being processed further. The aromas and the sugar become more concentrated, giving the wines an unmistakable aromatic depth.Even the bouquet of the Galante Sangiovese Appassimento is impressive. Garmon Continental is the third project of the Garcia family, which owns Bodegas Mauro, one of the best-known and most innovative Spanish wineries of the 20th century. The winery's only wine is Garmon, a single-varietal Tempranillo. This red wine comes from vines in the Ribera del Duero region that are between 30 and 100 years old.
