Die Assemblage mit Cannonau, Carignano und Bovale duftet verführerisch fruchtig-intensiv. Noten von Waldfrüchten, reifen Kirschen und Marmelade ergeben mit Noten von Teer, Vanille und einer feinen Würze ein eindrucksvoll komplexes Bouquet.Am Gaumen ist diese Kreation des Familien-Weingutes Argiolas aus dem Süden Sardiniens sinnlich und voll. Der Rotwein ist rund, besitzt eine gute Struktur und eine ausgezeichnete Balance. In jungen Jahren offenbaren sich noch etwas merklicher die Tannine, die gut in den kraftvollen Wein eingebunden sind. Im Nachklang mit einer leicht bitteren Note.8 bis 10 Monate reifte der Argiolas Costera Cannonau di Sardegna in kleinen Eichenfässern. Genießen Sie diesen Rotwein aus Sardinien bei einer Trinktemperatur von 15 bis 18 Grad. Der intensiv rubinrote Wein mit seinem orangefarbenen Schimmer ist ein idealer Begleiter von gebratenem Fleisch (besonders zu Lamm), aber auch eine gute Wahl zu herzhaften Pasta-Gerichten oder zu mittel- oder langgereiftem sardischen Pecorino.
