Gabbiano Chianti DOCG

This is a pleasant, young red wine that does not want to age and can be drunk in the first few years of its life.

Gabbiano Chianti DOCG is made from indigenous grape varieties in a completely natural process. Alcoholic fermentation is naturally followed by malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The Chianti matures for only a short time before bottling, without resting in wood: In this way, the wine from Tuscany retains all its characteristic properties and expresses the organoleptic peculiarities of the grapes and a great freshness.

90% Sangiovese and 10% indigenous red grapes.

Zenato Valpolicella Superiore
The Zenato Valpolicella is somewhat similar to the Bardolino; however, the Valpolicella is a little more powerful and shows a fuller body – it is simply of better quality. The wine consists of Corvina Veronese (responsible for the bouquet and the acidity), Rondinella (lots of sugar) and Sangiovese (gives the wine its elegance). This is a wine that can be enjoyed young, but another few years of ageing in the wine cellar will further enhance its qualities. For years, Valpolicella has been one of Italy’s most famous wines. Unfortunately, one can find many Valpolicella wines of poor quality on the market but fortunately, we don’t have to worry about this as far as Zenato wines are concerned, as Zenato produces only high-quality wines.
