Der Wein duftet wunderbar nach roten Beeren, Gewürzen, Vanille, Pflaume und einer Vielzahl von Röstaromen. Am Gaumen zeigt sich die ganze Energie, die in diesem Wein steckt. Er ist erfrischend und ausgewogen, verführerisch und zugänglich. Die lebendige Säure und die wohl geschliffenen Tannine befinden sich in einer perfekten Balance. Der Genuss endet in einem leicht süßlichen Finale, welches in Länge und Frische seinesgleichen sucht.Der Cerro Anon Gran Reserva ist Bodegas Olarras Flaggschiff. Er besteht aus einer Mischung von 90% Tempranillo, 5% Mazuelo und Graciano und 5% Garnacha, die insgesamt 27 Monate in neuer und gebrauchter Eiche reifte. Danach wurde der Wein auf die Flasche gefüllt und lagerte 45 Monate bevor er in den Handel kam.
