Um die Eigenschaften der Trauben zu bewahren, werden traditionelle Techniken mit modernen Maschinen kombiniert.Im Glas zeigt sich der Mantel Blanco strohgelb mit grünen Reflexen. Das Bouquet hat angenehme Aromen von Kernobst und Zitrusfrüchten, wobei die Zitrusfrüchte im Hintergrund mitspielen. Geschmacklich weist dieser Wein eine außerordentliche Eleganz und Ausdrucksstärke vor.Der Weißwein aus Spanien dient super als Aperitif, kann aber auch zu Gemüse und Salat, Reis und Fisch oder Meeresfrüchten bei einer empfohlenen Trinktemperatur von 8-10 °C getrunken werden.
