The Care Blanco Sobre Lias DO is a white cuvée made from Chardonnay, Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca grapes, which is crystal clear with greenish reflections in the glass. The bouquet of exotic fruits such as lychee, pineapple and honeydew melon is surrounded by white flowers. Aromas of apples, pears, lemons and limes are added on the palate.

This lively white wine from Spain is wonderfully fresh and has a mild acidity. The finish is mineral with hints of lime.

The Care Blanco Sobre Lias DO is a wonderful summer wine. It harmonizes well with fish dishes such as tuna steak with a maple-mustard glaze or gratinated sardines and seafood.

The 3 Passo is a special kind of organic wine. The name stands for the production method. Put simply, the wine is composed of three parts. One third of the wine comes from overripe grapes, which are processed using the appassimento method. Another third is fermented naturally, whereby the so-called pumping over gives the red wine more color and flavor. The final third spends time in wooden barrels after fermentation, which gives the 3 Passo from Cielo e Terra its special character and brings aromas of vanilla and spices into the wine. It has a deep garnet red color in the glass and ripe, intense fruit notes on the nose. A light woody aroma complements this impression. On the palate, the Italian wine tastes strong and rich with fruit and light vanilla tones.
