Der Care Finca Bancales Single Vineyard DO ist ein hochwertiger spanischer Wein, der aus Trauben einer einzigen Lage namens Finca Bancales vinifiziert wird. Die Rebstöcke sind über 80 Jahre alt und ergeben daher nur niedrige Erträge. Die Lese der Grenache-Trauben erfolgt behutsam von Hand.In der Nase werden Aromen von reiner Brombeerfrucht von Aromen von Mokka und Gewürzen begleitet. Am Gaumen zeigen sich süße Fruchtcharaktere, dominiert von Brombeere und Pflaume, ergänzt durch Zimt, Nelke und Muskatnuss. Der Care Trio Red Blend DO ist der Einstiegswein in die Rotweinlinie der Bodegas Care, einer exklusiven, fortschrittlichen und engagierten spanischen Weinkellerei. Er präsentiert sich im Glas mit einer tiefen, rubinroten Farbe, die auf die Konzentration und Tiefe des Weins hinweist.Der Blend aus den Rebsorten Garnacha, Syrah und Cabernet Sauvignon, die sorgfältig von Hand geerntet und verarbeitet werden, animiert durch sein beerig-fruchtiges Bouquet von reifen, roten Früchten. Der Cava Kripta vom Weingut Agustí Torelló Mata ist ein spanischer Schaumwein von Weltrang. Erstmals im Jahr 1978 von Agustí Torelló Mata kreiert, ist auch der Cava Kripta Brut Nature eine herausragende Komposition des katalonischen Weinbaus.Das Erfolgsrezept der Familie Torelló Mata ist dabei über Jahrzehnte unverändert. Prägende Rebsorten im Penedès, bedeutendste Weinregion Kataloniens, werden vermählt und in einem jahrelangen Reifeprozess zu einem Spitzen-Cava verfeinert.Der Cava Kripta Brut Nature ist eine Kreation aus 45% Macabeu (deren Lage 1962 angepflanzt wurde), 20% Xarel.lo (deren Lage 1974 angepflanzt wurde) und 35% Parellada (von Lagen von 1969). Macabeu verleiht dem Cava Finesse, Eleganz und Noten weißer Früchte, während Xarel.lo alkoholische Kraft, Körper und Struktur gibt. Die Rebsorte Parellada schließlich ist Garantin für aromatische Dichte, Säure und tropische Noten. Der Cava Kripta im Jahrgang duftet herrlich intensiv nach gebackenem Apfel, reifen Äpfeln (Golden Delicious) und Brioche. Dazu kommen feinen Toast-Noten. Am Gaumen ist der spanische Schaumwein trocken und herrlich cremig-weich, mit einem belebendem Säurespiel und einem sehr langen Finale.Torelló Matas Kripta ist in jeder Hinsicht ein Fest für die Sinne. Auch optisch macht der Cava Kripta Eindruck. Denn die Familie Torelló Mata präsentiert ihr Flaggschiff in einer Flasche, die einer römischen Amphore nachempfunden ist.
