Der Paixar von der Bodegas Luna Beberide ist ein Rotwein aus der Region Bierzo im Norden von Spanien. In jedem Jahr leicht unterschiedlich besteht der Wein zu mehr als 90% aus der Rebsorte Mencia, die in der Region Bierzo vornehmlich beheimatet ist. Die Reben wachsen in nach Süden ausgerichteten Weinbergen in einer Höhe von 700 bis 1000 m über dem Meeresspiegel. Für die Reifung werden französische Eichenfässern verwendet. The wine, which consists of 80% Tempranillo and small proportions of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, clearly stands out from the multitude of wines from Spain.
