Dieser Rotwein der renommierten und bei Weinkennerinnen und -kennern überaus beliebten spanischen Bodegas Los Llanos besteht zu 100 Prozent aus der Rebsorte Tinta de Toro. Dabei handelt es sich um eine besondere Ausprägung der Tempranillo-Traube. In der Anbauregion Toro (im Herzen Spaniens in der Region Kastilien-León) bringt die Tinta de Toro unverwechselbare Qualitäten hervor. Der Bodegas Los Llanos Pata Negra Toro zeigt das eindrucksvoll.

Dieser spanische Rotwein duftet intensiv nach Brombeeren. Diese Fruchtigkeit harmoniert wunderbar mit angenehmen Noten von Eichenholz durch den dreimonatigen Ausbau in neuem französischem Eichenholz. Am Gaumen ist der Bodegas Los Llanos Pata Negra Toro trocken und ausgewogen. Der Tinta de Toro ist kraftvoll mit einer angenehmen Mineralik, und hallt noch länger nach.

Die Rebsorte Tinta de Toro hat kleinere Beeren als beim „klassischen“ Tempranillo. Zudem besitzt sie eine dickere Schale. Konzentriertere Farben und intensivere Aromen sind das Resultat dieser Anpassung an die Umgebung mit ihren extrem heißen Sommertagen und sehr harten Wintern.

Genießen Sie den Pata Negra Toro bei einer Trinktemperatur von 16 bis 18 Grad. Dieser tiefrote Rotwein aus Spanien passt wunderbar zu gegrilltem, rotem Fleisch (Wild, Kalb, Rind). Auch Thunfisch oder Scampis mit in einer delikaten Knoblauchnote sind passende Begleiter für diese Kreation der Bodegas Los Llanos. Und natürlich ist auch ein Pata Negra-Schinken eine exzellente Wahl.
