The Bodegas Mas Alta Cirerets is an assemblage of Grenache and Carignan. 95 points in Robert Parker's Wine Advocate speak for themselves: the red wine from Priorat, the growing region in the north-west of Spain characterized by slate soils, is an outstanding creation. "I just love the elegance and harmony of the Cirerets", writes wine critic Luis Gutiérrez in the Wine Advocate.

The Spanish red wine has a wonderfully intense fruity aroma of cherries and blueberries. There are also notes of Mediterranean herbs (rosemary, thyme) and a distinctive mineral component. The palate is "powerful, but at the same time elegant and harmonious, with a soft texture, smooth tannins and very pure and penetrating aromas. Really delicious and hedonistic," says Gutiérrez. The density of aromas is impressive: aromas of dark fruits (blackcurrants) combined with a beautiful spiciness (juniper).

The Bodegas Mas Alta Cirerets matured for 16 months in French barriques. This special creation from Bodegas Mas Alta is a composition in which the Grenache grapes come from vines planted in 1962.

The highly talented French winemakers Philippe Cambie and Michel Tardieu, who are behind Els Pics Priorat, have created a cuvée that leaves little to be desired. 91 points from Guía Peñín, Spain's most important wine guide, and 90 points in Robert Parker's Wine Advocate speak for themselves.The Spanish red wine from the slate-dominated Priorat region has a seductive aroma of red (raspberries) and, over time, increasingly black berries and figs. This bouquet is enriched by a pleasant spiciness (Mediterranean herbs) and nuances of cocoa and buttered toast. There is also a minerality characterized by slate.On the palate, the impenetrable ruby red Bodegas Mas Alta Els Pics is dry and balanced with an impressive emphasis on fruit. The Vajra Barolo Albe DOCG is a stylish homage to the traditional Barolo style and the great masters ("maestri") of this world-famous wine region. The cuvée comes from high-altitude vineyards in the heart of Piedmont - sites located at 380 to 480 meters above sea level and with their different exposures (south-east to south-west) bring impressive complexity to the wine. The name "Albe" (plural of alba, Italian for "dawn") refers to the three sunrises that can be experienced there - a symbol of light, diversity and depth.The G.D. Vajra winery is one of the pioneers of organic viticulture in the Barolo region. Aldo Vajra switched to sustainable and organic farming back in 1971 - long before it became a trend. The vineyards are kept healthy in a natural way through greening and natural biodiversity. Intensive manual work, continuous research and the deliberate avoidance of standardized cellar techniques make Barolo Albe an authentic and lively wine.The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and selected three times - directly on the vine, as whole bunches and again as individual berries. Vinification is traditional, with long maceration periods of 30 to 61 days in specially designed vertical fermentation tanks. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and 24 months of ageing in large Slavonian oak barrels give the wine structure, balance and longevity. Bottling only takes place after an extended ageing period to ensure maximum expressiveness.In the glass, the Vajra Barolo Albe is a clear garnet red with a bright core.
