Der Tinto Pesquera ist der Rotwein, mit dem sich die Familia Fernández Rivera seit den 1980er-Jahren in der internationalen Weinwelt einen großen Namen gemacht hat. Der herausragende spanische Tempranillo, von Robert Parker als Spitzenwein geadelt, hatte auch seinen Anteil daran, dass die Anbauregion Ribera del Duero im Norden Spaniens seit Jahrzehnten eine eindrucksvolle Erfolgsgeschichte schreibt. Freuen Sie sich also mit dem Fernández Rivera Tinto Pesquera Crianza auf einen spanischen Rotwein der Extraklasse. Der intensiv granatrote Wein duftet verführerisch nach dunklen Früchten wie Pflaumen, Schwarzkirschen und Maulbeeren. Dazu kommen harmonische, würzige Noten von Zimt, Vanille, Süßholz und Tabak. James Suckling verleiht dem Fernández Rivera Tinto Pesquera Crianza 93 Punkte. Er schreibt zum Bouquet des reinsortigen Tempranillo, der 16 Monate im Barrique ausgebaut wurde: „Frische schwarze Pflaumen und schwarze Kirschen, die die Eichenwürze aufnehmen, zusammen mit einem Hauch von Tabak.“Am Gaumen ist der Tinto Pesquera Crianza trocken und kraftvoll, mit einer schönen, fruchtbetonten Aromentiefe (Maulbeeren, Süßholz, getrocknete Feigen). Die feinkörnigen Tannine sind wunderbar eingebunden, das würzige Finale hallt noch sehr lange nach.Auch Suckling ist voll des Lobes: „Ein einnehmender und saftiger Ribera del Duero mit angenehm weichen Tanninen, die der konzentrierten Frucht Struktur verleihen. Lang und klar. Jetzt trinkreif, aber es ist besser, ihm ein Jahr Zeit zu geben, um weicher zu werden.“ Noch bis 2032 ist dieser Tempranillo ein Genuss-Garant. Entdecken Sie diese Kreation der Familia Fernández Rivera bei einer Trinktemperatur von 15 bis 17 Grad. Wir empfehlen, ihn 30 Minuten vor dem Genuss zu dekantieren. Wer eine Flasche des Familia Fernández Rivera Tinto Pesquera Reserva öffnet, darf sich also auf einen exzellenten spanischen Rotwein freuen.Der tief rubinrote Tempranillo duftet herrlich facettenreich nach roten und dunkeln Früchten wie Pflaumen, Brombeeren, Kirschen und Granatäpfeln. Hinzu kommt eine eindrucksvoll vielfältige Würze. Noten von Lakritz, Zimt, Tabak sowie von Unterholz, Rosmarin und Zartbitterschokolade ergeben einen faszinierenden Duftstrauß. Torremilanos Cyclo Ribera del Duero DO 2021

Dieser Rotwein aus der Ribera del Duero-Region vereint in sich einige Besonderheiten, die bei Genießerinnen und Genießern Eindruck hinterlassen werden. Der Cyclo vom Weingut Finca Torremilanos stammt von Rebstöcken, die zum Teil älter als 80 Jahre sind. Die Trauben für den spanischen Rotwein wachsen in Lagen in 1.000 Metern Höhe. Die großen Temperaturunterschiede zwischen Tag und Nacht lassen besonders aromatische Trauben heranreifen.Darüber hinaus reifte der Torremilanos Cyclo mehr als 20 Monate im Barrique aus französischer Eiche. Die Fässer wurden dabei in der hauseigenen Küferei der Familie Peñalba Lopez, den Besitzern des Weingutes, hergestellt. Cyclo – alles ist ein Kreislauf der Natur. Und die Finca Torremilanos hat den Anspruch, in diesen Kreislauf nur sehr zurückhaltend einzugreifen.So ist mit dem Torremilanos Cyclo eine herausragende Kreation aus 96% Tempranillo, 3% Garnacha und 1% Albillo entstanden. Im Glas ein dichtes Purpur mit violettem Schimmer. Das Bukett ist herrlich intensiv, mit Noten von schwarzen und blauen Beeren sowie Nuancen von Schokolade, Süßholz und Mokkabohne. Am Gaumen bietet dieser spanische Rotwein ein Aromenspiel, das an Intensität und Vielschichtigkeit schwer zu überbieten ist. Aromen von Brombeeren, Veilchen und Tabak, von schwarzen Beeren und Granatapfel ergeben ein faszinierendes Geschmackserlebnis. Torremilanos Montecastrillo Tinto Ribera del Duero DO 2024

The Montecastrillo Tinto Ribera del Duero from Finca Torremilanos has a wonderfully fresh and fruity aroma of blackberries, black cherries and plums. There are also harmonious tones of juniper and liquorice, as well as a warm spiciness and nuances of toast. This Spanish red wine is velvety on the palate, with a fine interplay of sweetness and delicate bitterness. Aromas of black and blue fruits are prominent here, along with pleasant mineral notes. The finish is wonderfully fruity.The harmonious, accessible Montecastrillo Tinto is a creation of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The red wine from the Ribera del Duero region has a dark purple color with a violet shimmer in the glass. The winemakers at Finca Torremilanos matured the Tempranillo in used French and American oak barrels for 4 months. Incidentally, the barrels come from the in-house cooperage of the Peñalba Lopez family, the owners of the winery. Garnacha and Carinena are the two grape varieties that give the Torres de Casta Rosado DO Catalunya its special character. The grapes are crushed for 24 hours to extract as much red coloring as possible.
