The Guv'nor VIP is a limited-edition premium cuvée that takes the distinctive style of Guv'nor wines to a new level. The wine blends Tempranillo grapes from various renowned wine regions in northern Spain, whose distinct terroirs, climatic conditions, and winemaking traditions come together to form a harmonious and expressive composition.

For this premium cuvée, the best qualities of each wine region are carefully combined to highlight the versatility of the Tempranillo grape. The result is a harmonious, full-bodied red wine that embodies the rich fruitiness and character of Spain’s most significant wine-growing regions.

On the nose, the wine unfolds a complex bouquet of dark wild berries and vanilla. On the palate, it reveals intense aromas of black cherries, red plums, and blackberries, supported by well-integrated tannins, subtle oak notes, and a hint of spice. The wine is full-bodied with ripe fruit flavors and a long, lingering finish.

This Tempranillo pairs excellently with tapas and Mediterranean appetizers, aged cheeses, lean meats, and game dishes.

Das Weingut in Valdepenas wurde 1975 mit einigen der besten und modernsten Produktions- und Abfülltechnologie der Welt eröffnet. Das Familienunternehmen ist in Sachen Traubenannahme eines der größten seiner Art mit einer täglichen Erntekapazität von 7,5 Millionen Kilo und einer Winzeranlage für 175 Millionen Kilo Trauben. Für die Zwecke der traditionellen Weinherstellung hat das Weingut eine große Höhle belegt, die für die Herstellung von Crianzas, Reservas und Gran Reservas hervorragende Bedingungen bietet. Hier werden die Weine in amerikanischen Eichenfässern gelagert.

Das Felix Solis Weingut in La Puebla de Almoradiel liegt in La Mancha und besitzt eine große Tradition im Weinbau und der Weinherstellung. Die modernen Einrichtungen sind perfekt für die Herstellung von jungen Weinen aus sowohl einheimischen als auch internationalen Rebsorten geeignet.

The percentage of Chardonnay used matured for 3 months in French oak casks, giving the Guv’nor Blanco expressiveness and stability. The Mucho Más Black Edition is a premium cuvée made from Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Syrah, blending grapes from various Spanish wine regions. The goal of this blend is to combine the unique characteristics of terroir, climate, and winemaking tradition into a harmonious whole. The result is a full-bodied red wine with a distinctive style and an expressive personality.For the Black Edition, grapes from old vines are carefully hand-harvested. Fermentation takes place for 10 to 14 days at controlled temperatures of 26 to 28 °C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for three to four months in American oak barrels until malolactic fermentation is complete, giving it additional depth and a harmonious structure.On the nose, the wine is aromatic and elegant, with complex notes of black berries, accompanied by licorice and balsamic hints. On the palate, it is fruit-forward, velvety, full-bodied, and round. Subtle notes of cocoa lend it additional depth and lead to an elegant, long-lasting finish.The Mucho Más Black Edition pairs excellently with lamb dishes, aged cheeses, and blue cheeses. Thanks to its balanced structure and full-bodied character, it is also a special treat on its own.

This red wine from Spain wonderfully unites the Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet grape varieties, resulting in a powerful cuvée. The Felix Solis Kingpin matured for about 4 months in American oak casks and is a cherry red in the glass with a clear rim.The dry wine is very complex and aromatic on the nose, recalling ripe black fruit. The Kingpin offers fragrances of fresh balsamic vinegar, along with hints of leather and vanilla. On the palate, it is elegant, vivid and full-bodied, offering fruit aromas, mineral notes and fine nuances of cocoa. The finish is fresh and rich.The Felix Solis Kingpin goes beautifully with pizza, risotto or tangy cheeses.

Matsu El Picaro
The Matsu El Picaro comes from the Toro growing region in the northwest of Spain. A 100% Tempranillo, here called Tinta de Toro, vinified young wine. The grapes for this red wine are grown biodynamically.El Picaro translates as "the rogue". In the glass, the young wine from Bodega Matsu shines in an intense purple color. The nose is characterized by a penetrating aroma of black fruits such as blackberry and blueberry. Mineral notes are wonderfully fresh and complex, surrounded by a slight sweetness. The palate is also dominated by the fruit and fullness that comes from the ripe grapes. Despite its youthfulness, the wine is extremely full-bodied and powerful, which is due to the ageing in French oak barrels and the fact that aggressive filtering and clarification were deliberately avoided.The Matsu El Picaro is a vegan red wine and is extremely enjoyable on its own, but also pairs well with medium-weight dishes. Enjoy this dry red wine at a drinking temperature of 16-18 °C with classic Spanish dishes such as paella, tapas or mature cheese.
