In the glass a pale straw yellow with greenish-gold highlights.

On the nose, elegant, lush bouquet with notes of lime blossom, ripe apples, pears, peaches and the characteristic of Gran Vina Sol touch of fennel (anise).

On the palate, well balanced, soft and complex with lots of elegant fullness, a delicate vanilla note subtly reminded of the early maturation in French oak, the finish is silky and lingering with fine balance of fresh acidity and opulent melting.

Serving suggestion: To gratin oysters, fish, paella with seafood, chicken, turkey, salads with creamy dressing, or fresh cheese.
