The Mulderbosch Chardonnay from Stellenbosch is an accessible yet stylish representative of its grape variety. The grapes come from various sites in the region and bring the typical combination of freshness and ripe fruit to the glass for which South African Chardonnay is prized.Lively citrus notes dominate the nose, reminiscent of orange peel and a hint of lemon blossom. There are also hints of stone fruit and subtle nuances of vanilla and toffee, which give the white wine a pleasant aromatic depth. On the palate, the Chardonnay is balanced and fresh, with a subtle creaminess and a well-integrated structure.
