Fausto Bulgarini dedicated the Rosso Bruno Vino Rosso to his father Bruno, attesting to the fact that this wine is a sophisticated cuvée of the winery from Lombardy. This red wine is an intense red in colour. Its grapes ripen in vineyards with gravelly and clay soils situated south of Lake Garda. Its bouquet unites notes of small red berries, cherries, cocoa and liquorice. The red wine, which matured for 12 months in oak casks, is harmonious and soft on the palate, with noticeable but wonderfully integrated tannins. The Rosso Bruno has a prolonged finish.Try this Italian red wine with dishes with red meat, game or various ripe cheeses. It is a fine taste experience from the hilly Lugana region.

The Cà dei Frati Amarone della Valpolicella Pietro dal Cero is an exceptional, high-quality taste experience from the Valpolicella region. The ruby-red wine shows an intense bouquet of sweet sour cherries and chocolate along with a lovely spice, floral nuances and balsamic notes, complemented by subtle hints of sweet tobacco and coffee. On the palate, this Amarone is sumptuously fruity, powerful, elegant and harmonious, showing a remarkable balance of fruitiness, alcohol content and body. The tannins are nicely integrated.This blend from the Cà dei Frati estate, consisting of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina, was aged for 24 months in wooden casks and for 12 months in stainless steel tanks, before it matured for a further 24 months in the bottle. Before pressing, the grapes dried for four months in crates.Try this very special red wine with ripened cheese, braised meat, game and slow-cooked meat dishes. Ca dei Frati Brolettino Lugana DOC 2023

Der Cà dei Frati Brolettino Lugana besteht zu 100% aus der Rebsorte Turbiana, die auch unter dem Synonym Verdicchio Bianco bekannt ist. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Rebsorte, die erst spät, in der Regel Mitte bis Ende Oktober, geerntet wird. Das gibt dem daraus produziertem Weißwein eine hohe Alterungsfähigkeit und eine sehr gute Struktur. Die lange Reifezeit der Trauben bringt eine wunderbare Komplexität in den Wein.Die Nase des Cà'dei Frati Brolettino offenbart eine ganze Reihe von herrlichen Düften, die unter anderem reife Früchte, Pfirsich, Rosen- und Balsamico-Noten zeigt. Die bereits erwähnte Struktur wird begleitet von einer ausdrucksvollen Würze mit deutlicher, aber feiner Säure. Der Abgang ist klar und sauber. Der italienische Wein reifte für 10 Monate im Barriquefass.Der Cà dei Frati Brolettino ist ein trockener Wein und idealer Begleiter zu Pasta mit sahniger Sauce, Geflügel oder hellem Fleisch. Er ergänzt auch Hummer, Garnelen oder Langusten ganz wunderbar. Nicht zuletzt passt er zu dezenten Käsesorten.

Ca' Rugate Campo Bastiglia Valpolicella Ripasso DOC 2022

In der für den Ripasso typischen Weinbereitung wird der Trester des Amarone zusammen mit dem Valpolicella Rotwein nochmals vergoren. Die anschließende Reifung erfolgt zu 50% in Tonneaux (große Eichenfässer) und zu 50% in Edelstahltanks über einen Zeitraum von etwa 8 Monaten.Die Farbe des Weins ist granatrot. Die Aromen sind fruchtig mit Noten von Kirschen und roten Früchten mit blumigen und würzigen Nuancen. Der Geschmack im Mund ist voll und samtig dank der weichen Tannine. Der Ca' Rugate Campo Bastiglia Valpolicella Ripasso DOC ist ideal als Aperitif und ebenfalls geeignet als Essensbegleiter zu roten Fleischsorten und mittelaltem Käse. Die empfohlene Trinktemperatur liegt bei 16° C.

Während der Vinifizierung findet die Gärung auf den Schalen für 7-10 Tagen statt mit anschließender Reifung in temperaturkontrollierten Edelstahltanks.Rubinrot zeigt sich der Ca' Rugate Valpolicella Rio Albo DOC. Das Bouquet bestimmen intensive und anhaltende Aromen, die an Brombeere und Kirsche erinnern. Am Gaumen ist der fruchtige Rotwein weich, leicht tanninhaltig und von guter Schmackhaftigkeit.Optimal entfalten sich diese Anklänge bei einer Trinktemperatur von 14-16 °C. Der Valpolicella passt ausgezeichnet zu weißem Fleisch und besonders trockenen Käsesorten. Auch als Aperitif ist dieser Wein geeignet.
