Cà dei Frati Brolettino Lugana DOC

Cà dei Frati Brolettino Lugana is made 100% from the Turbiana grape variety, which is also known under the synonym Verdicchio Bianco. It is a grape variety that is harvested late, usually in mid to late October. This gives the white wine produced from it a high ageing potential and a very good structure. The long ripening period of the grapes brings a wonderful complexity to the wine.

The nose of the Cà dei Frati Brolettino reveals a whole range of wonderful aromas, including ripe fruit, peach, rose and balsamic notes. The aforementioned structure is accompanied by an expressive spiciness with a clear but fine acidity. The finish is clear and clean. The Italian wine matured for 10 months in barrique barrels.

Cà dei Frati Brolettino is a dry white wine and an ideal accompaniment to pasta with a creamy sauce, poultry or white meat. It also complements lobster, prawns or langoustines wonderfully. Last but not least, it goes well with subtle cheeses. Enjoy it at a drinking temperature of 8-10 °C.

Among the elite circle of Italian red wines around Lake Garda, the Cà dei Frati Rosa dei Frati Riviera del Garda Bresciano is an elegant drinking experience. Its fine acidity potential is cleverly combined with the mineral and fine fruity components: delicate like its color and yet pronounced in its aromas. The dry Cà dei Frati Rosa dei Frati Riviera del Garda Bresciano is almost salmon-colored in the glass and overwhelms with its unmistakable scent of wild berries, almonds and hawthorn.Four grape varieties are the inspiration for this fruity, fresh cuvée, giving it a pleasant balance. Dark, spicy Gropello, fruity Marzemino, tannic Sangiovese and acidic Barbera refine the rosé wine into a refreshing taste experience with an elegant finish thanks to the traditional art of winemaking on Lake Garda.Well chilled at a drinking temperature of 8-10 °C, Rosa dei Frati reveals its full range of aromas and is recommended as a pleasant accompaniment to Mediterranean delicacies such as air-dried salami, pasta variations and grilled white meat and vegetables.

Zenato Lugana Riserva "Sergio Zenato"
The fruit is from the Podere Massoni vineyards, with 15- to 20-year-old vines and a very low average yield of 2.5 kg per vine. Harvest occurs somewhat late, towards mid-October. Winemaking is carried out with extreme care. The wine is fermented in barriques for 3 weeks, then matured in small new oak for 4 months, followed by 6 months in steel and 6 months in glass before release. The wine exhibits a lively light gold, then opens to a rich, multi-layered nose featuring nuances of blossoms, citrus fruit, and vanilla. A beautifully balanced mouth offers stunning richness, then continues through into a remarkably long, savoury finale.A few years cellaring will be amply rewarded.
