Der Fasoli Gino Pieve Vecchia Bianco Veronese IGT ist ein eleganter Weißwein aus der malerischen Region Venetien in Italien. Im Glas zeigt sich der Pieve Vecchia Bianco in einem leuchtenden Goldgelb. Das Bouquet ist intensiv und komplex, geprägt von süßen Gewürzen, gerösteter Gerste, reifer weißer Frucht und schließt mit der Süße von Limette und Geißblatt. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich dieser Weißwein vollmundig und rund. Das Mundgefühl ist einhüllend, weich und schmeichelnd, aber auch frisch und würzig. Der Abgang ist lang und bietet geröstete und rauchige Anklänge mit Mandelnoten kombiniert.Dank seines starken Charakters hat sich der Fasoli Gino Pieve Vecchia Bianco einen sehr guten Ruf auf internationalen Märkten erarbeitet. Der Fattoria di Basciano Chianti Rufina Riserva zeichnet sich durch seine dunkelrote Farbe sowie sein fruchtiges Bouquet aus. Dieser Rotwein aus der Toskana ist eine Cuvée aus Sangiovese- und Colorinoreben. Den Trauben verdankt der Wein seine dunkelrote Farbe, die im Licht granatrote Reflexe bekommt.Beide Rebsorten fühlen sich unter der Sonne der Toskana besonders wohl. Insbesondere die Sangiovese hat eine lange Tradition bei der Herstellung von Chianti. Das Weingut Renzo Masi baut den Chianti Rufina im Tal der Sieve an.Dieser komplexe Rotwein aus Italien verwöhnt Ihre Nase ebenso wie Ihren Gaumen mit feinen Fruchtaromen. So lassen sich Noten von Brombeere und Kirsche herausschmecken, dazu mischt sich ein Hauch von Pfeffer. Um seinen Geschmack optimal entfalten zu können, empfiehlt es sich, diesen Chianti bei einer Trinktemperatur von 16 bis 18 °C zu genießen. Am Gaumen offenbart der Fattoria di Basciano I Pini seine gute Struktur mit viel Frucht und seidig weichen Tanninen. Ein vollmundiger Rotwein aus der Toskana mit saftigem Aroma von gereiftem Obst. Im Abgang sehr gut ausbalanciert mit einer pfeffrigen Note des Syrah. Beim Fattorai di Basciano Vin Santo del Chianti Rufina DOC handelt es sich um einen Süß- bzw. Dessertwein. Er entsteht aus den Rebsorten Malvasia und Trebbiano. Die Trauben werden einer besonderen Auswahl unterzogen und dann bis zum Februar des nächsten Jahres zum Trocknen aufgehängt. Nach der Gärung in französischen und slowenischen Eichenfässern reift der Wein bis zu 5 Jahre im Holzfass. Der Vin Santo von Fattoria di Basciano wird nur in den besten Jahren produziert und ist immer streng limitiert.Der bernsteinfarbene Süßwein mit goldenen Reflexen duftet intensiv nach Aprikose, Orangenschale, Vanille, Weihrauch und Trockenobst. Der Wein aus der Toskana ist vollmundig mit einem schönen Spiel zwischen Süße und Säure. Der zähflüssige und sirupartige Dessertwein ist ausgewogen und körperreich. Die früher nur zurückhaltend verwendete Traube Negroamaro findet hier die ideale Umgebung, um sortenrein hervorragende Weine hervorzubringen.Der charakteristische Duft nach roten Früchten und Johannisbeeren bereitet mit einer zarten Kräuternote sehr vielversprechend auf den ersten Schluck vor. Dieser ist weich, körperreich und mit einem Anklang an Schokolade fein akzentuiert. Die Tannine sind trotz ihrer starken Präsenz sehr angenehm. Auch der Nachklang kann durch ein langes Finale überzeugen.Die Rasse dieses Weines entfaltet sich am besten bei 16 bis 18 °C.
