Feudi Bizantini Passofino Pecorino

Pecorino, the autochthonous grape variety of Central Italy, shows its full expressive power in the Feudi Bizantini Pecorino Ikonia. The white wine from Abruzzo is redolent of citrus fruit, white peach and papaya. On the palate, it is wonderfully fresh and fruity, with a fine acidity and a good structure. This Pecorino leaves a lasting impression with its lovely, balsamic finish.

The white wine is a shimmering light yellow in the glass and was aged for three months in stainless steel tanks. This classic from Abruzzo is an ideal accompaniment to fresh, light salads and fish carpaccio with olive oil and lemon. It also goes beautifully with seafood.

Feudi Bizantini

Cantine Menhir Pass-O Fiano Bianco
The grape variety Fiano Bianco is a very old autochthonous white one from south Italy. In the glass it has a bright straw yellow colour with golden lustre. The bouquet of peach, apricot, orange blossom and sage is remarkable. On the palate the wine tastes fresh, delicate, sumptuous with notes of honey, peach and a light-weight fresh acidity. Enjoy Cantine Menhir Pass-O Fiano Bianco to herb cheese varieties, fish soup, smoked salmon or pumkin gnocchi as well as sushi or marzipan.
