Der Antiche Terre Garda Bianco DOC ist ein Weißwein aus der Region Venetien in Italien. Es handelt sich um eine Cuvee aus den Rebsorten Garganega, Cortese und Chardonnay. Der Antiche Terre Valpolicella DOC Superiore ist eine Rotwein Cuvée, die aus den für Venetien typischen Rebsorten Corvina Veronese, Corvinone und Rondinella gekeltert wird. Ein Superiore, der sich dunkel und rubinrot im Glas präsentiert und den sommerlichen Geruch und Geschmack von Kirschen herausstechen lässt. Haben Sie sich schonmal gefragt, was Superiore bedeutet ? Superiore ist ein Wein, der in Qualität und Anforderungen über dem normalen Standard liegt.Das Weingut Antiche Terre brachte mit diesem Valpolicella einen leichten angenehmen Wein auf den Markt. Die Trauben werden von Hand geerntet. Nach der Gärung folgt die Reifung in Eichenfässern und später in der Flasche. Zu den fruchtigen Aromen von Kirsche gesellen sich andere roten Früchte und ein Hauch von Gewürzen. Am Gaumen ist der Wein weich mit abgerundeten Tanninen. Antiche Terre Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Superiore 2022

Können, Leidenschaft und Arbeit lassen auf dem Weingut Antiche Terre den Antiche Terre Valpolicella Ripasso DOC Superiore entstehen. Umgeben von Terrassen voller Weinberge am Rande von Valpolicella hat der bekannte Rotwein seinen Ursprung. Corvina Veronese, Corvinone und Rondinelle Trauben werden nach Tradition vollständig von Hand geerntet, um die Pflanzen so wenig wie möglich zu belasten und die Qualität der Trauben intakt zu halten.Nach einer sorgfältigen Pressung der Trauben und 10 tägiger Gärung bei 25°C wird der Wein gefiltert und in Edelstahltanks gelagert. Es folgt eine für den Ripasso typische zweite Gärung auf dem Trester des Amarone. Diese dauert 4-5 Tage. Danach wird der Wein für 12 Monate auf französischer Eiche ausgebaut.Im Glas leuchtet dieser komplexe Rotwein in einer tiefen rubinroten Farbe. In der Nase zeigen sich fruchtige Noten von Kirschen, Schokolade und frischen Kräutern. Ein vollends strukturierter Wein mit einem vollen und weichen Geschmack und einer perfekten Balance zwischen Tanninen und Säuren.

Argentiera Bolgheri Superiore 2019

The Maremma is a characterful landscape in central Italy, which is also known for its excellent wines. Argentiera Bolgheri Superiore from Tenuta Argentiera has a bright ruby red color with violet hues. On the palate, notes of licorice and black currants. This generous, complex wine - consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc - is rich in tannins. It has a wonderful balance with a pleasant acidity. The finish is long lasting - with a remarkable freshness and minerality.The harvested grapes come from the best vineyards of the estate. The grapes were vinified separately; fermentation and maceration took about 25 to 30 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then transferred to 225-liter French oak barriques, where its malolactic fermentation was completetd. The further maturation was about 14 months in oak barrels and then at least another 12 months on the bottle.Tenuta Argentiera is located on the picturesque coast of the Northern Maremma, about 100 km southwest of Florence.
