Die Trauben für den Olianas Vermentino di Sardegna DOC stammen von den Weinbergen Murvonis und Porruddu. Die Böden aus diesen Weinbergen bestehen aus lehmigem Ton und sandigen Mergelstein, die einerseits für Frische und Eleganz sorgen und andererseits dem Wein Komplexität und Struktur verleihen. Die Reben wurden im Jahr 2007 gepflanzt und bringen einen relativ niedrigen Ertrag von 1,5 Tonnen pro Hektar.In der Nase eine schöne Zitrusfruchtnote und ein Duft nach roter Grapefruit, ergänzt durch Noten von Brotrinde und verschiedenen Gewürzen. Belebend frisch am Gaumen ist der Olianas Vermentino di Sardegna DOC ein runder, wohl ausblancierter Wein.

The Santa Maria di Palma Aragosta Rosé DOC comes from the sun-drenched countryside around Alghero in north-western Sardinia, where the Cantina Santa Maria La Palma has been producing quality wines with a strong regional character since 1959.This dry blend of the Cannonau, Cagnulari and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties is a wonderfully uncomplicated delight. The Santa Maria di Palma Aragosta Rosé has a stimulating aroma of wild berries and hints of roses. On the palate, this rosé from Sardinia is fresh, lively and fruity, with a long finish.Matured in stainless steel tanks, this bright salmon-colored wine is an ideal accompaniment to antipasti and fish, soups or white meat and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at 8-10 °C.

The Santadi Grotta Rossa is characterized by a strong fruity bouquet. This red Sicilian wine is made from the Carignano grape variety. This is the most important red grape variety at the Cantina di Santadi winery.The Santadi Grotta Rossa shimmers an intense ruby red in the glass and impresses with its aromatic fruit bouquet. On the palate, the wine presents itself with a very good volume and a fine note of liquorice on the finish. This elegant wine is made at the Sardinian winery Cantina di Santadi exclusively from Carignano grapes, the typical, predominant grape variety in south-western Sicily.The red wine should be drunk at a temperature of 16 to 18 °C. The Santadi Noras Cannonau di Sardegna shows a wonderfully complex bouquet uniting notes of forest berries, ripe blackberries, blueberries, tobacco, chocolate and sweet spices. This red wine from Sardinia matured for six months in second-fill oak casks and aged for another six months in the bottle. It is mild, soft and warm on the palate with harmoniously integrated, sweet tannins.The Santadi Noras Cannonau di Sardegna is a blend mainly consisting of Cannonau (this is the name of the grape variety Grenache in Sardinia) and a smaller percentage of Carignano. The ruby-red wine is an excellent accompaniment to heartier dishes such as roasted and grilled meat, game and cheese.

Aged entirely in steel tanks, it has a straw-yellow color with light greenish reflections in the glass.
