This white wine from Sardinia is redolent of grapefruit, orange blossoms and subliminally of nutmeg. The Santadi Villa Solais Vermentino di Sardegna is fresh and stimulating on the palate with a pleasant mineral note and mild acidity.

The white wine is a blend consisting mainly of Vermentino (a grape typical of Sardinia) and a smaller percentage of Nuragus grapes (an autochthonous variety of Sardinia).

The Solais Vermentino di Sardegna shines straw yellow with greenish and golden tints. The grapes were harvested by hand, and the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks. Enjoy it with pasta dishes with fish or white meat and, well-cooled, as an aperitif.
