The Santa Maria di Palma Aragosta Rosé DOC comes from the sun-drenched countryside around Alghero in north-western Sardinia, where the Cantina Santa Maria La Palma has been producing quality wines with a strong regional character since 1959.

This dry blend of the Cannonau, Cagnulari and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties is a wonderfully uncomplicated delight. The Santa Maria di Palma Aragosta Rosé has a stimulating aroma of wild berries and hints of roses. On the palate, this rosé from Sardinia is fresh, lively and fruity, with a long finish.

Matured in stainless steel tanks, this bright salmon-colored wine is an ideal accompaniment to antipasti and fish, soups or white meat and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at 8-10 °C.
