This deep ruby red wine from Sardinia combines notes of cherries, plums and red berries in its bouquet. There are also subtle herbal notes. On the palate, the Santa Maria di Palma Le Bombarde Cannonau is dry, full-bodied and warm. It is also pleasantly velvety, harmonious, with a good tannin structure and a long finish.

Cannonau is a classic Sardinian grape variety. The red wine matures for six months in oak barrels. Around 350 members make up the Cantina Santa Maria di Palma winery cooperative. Discover an authentic product of Sardinian winemaking with this Italian red wine.

The Santadi Noras Cannonau di Sardegna shows a wonderfully complex bouquet uniting notes of forest berries, ripe blackberries, blueberries, tobacco, chocolate and sweet spices. This red wine from Sardinia matured for six months in second-fill oak casks and aged for another six months in the bottle. It is mild, soft and warm on the palate with harmoniously integrated, sweet tannins.The Santadi Noras Cannonau di Sardegna is a blend mainly consisting of Cannonau (this is the name of the grape variety Grenache in Sardinia) and a smaller percentage of Carignano. The ruby-red wine is an excellent accompaniment to heartier dishes such as roasted and grilled meat, game and cheese.

The Santadi Grotta Rossa is characterized by a strong fruity bouquet. This red Sicilian wine is made from the Carignano grape variety. This is the most important red grape variety at the Cantina di Santadi winery.The Santadi Grotta Rossa shimmers an intense ruby red in the glass and impresses with its aromatic fruit bouquet. On the palate, the wine presents itself with a very good volume and a fine note of liquorice on the finish. This elegant wine is made at the Sardinian winery Cantina di Santadi exclusively from Carignano grapes, the typical, predominant grape variety in south-western Sicily.The red wine should be drunk at a temperature of 16 to 18 °C. It is an excellent culinary accompaniment to a variety of dishes. These include hearty pasta and red meat dishes, fine poultry and light game.

Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC

Der Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC aus dem sardinischen Gebiet Anfiteatro gedeiht in einem Tal, das ganztägig der südlichen Sonne ausgesetzt ist. Dadurch werden die Trauben mit viel Frucht, Struktur und Komplexität versorgt. Der immer gleichzeitig vorherrschende Wind sorgt für einen kühlenden Ausgleich. Das Besondere an diesem Wein ist sein biodynamischer Ansatz. Es werden weder Enzyme noch Reinzuchthefen bei der Gärung verwendet. Etwa ein Drittel des Mostes wird in Amphoren bis zu 25 Tage auf den Schalen vergoren. Das erreicht die intensiv dunkelrote Farbe. Die Reifung erfolgte für etwa 8 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern zweiter und dritter Füllung. Um den natürlichen Charakter des Weins zu erhalten wurde bewusst auf eine Klärung verzichtet. In der Nase finden sich Aromen von Waldfrüchten und rauchige Noten. Am Gaumen ist der Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC frisch, rund und sehr lebendig. Die gut eingebundenen Tannine und die angenehme Säure wirken ausgewogen und konzentriert.

Der Saragat Cannonau di Sardegna DOC ist ein Produkt des sardinischen Weinguts Tenuta Atzei, das zur Fantini Gruppe gehört. Fantini steht für außergewöhnliche, aussagekräftige Weine, in denen sich Vergangenheit, Gegenwart und Zukunft vereinen. So wie in diesem weichen, mittelschweren Rotwein, der zu 100% aus der Cannonau Traube, in Frankreich Grenache genannt, besteht. Die Rebsorte ist arm an Taninnen und Farbe und ergibt sehr fruchtbetonte, aromatische Weine.Die Gärung des Rebsafts findet bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 26 bis 29°C statt. Danach erfolgt eine kurze Lagerung in Edelstahltanks. Das Ergebnis ist ein trockener Rotwein, der mit seinen intensiven Aromen von reifen, roten Früchten wie Kirschen und Brombeeren jeden Genießer überzeugt. Hinzu kommen betörende Noten von Veilchen und Trockenblumen. Die Farbe ist rubin rot.
