This deep ruby red wine from Sardinia combines notes of cherries, plums and red berries in its bouquet. There are also subtle herbal notes. On the palate, the Santa Maria di Palma Le Bombarde Cannonau is dry, full-bodied and warm. It is also pleasantly velvety, harmonious, with a good tannin structure and a long finish.

Cannonau is a classic Sardinian grape variety. The red wine matures for six months in oak barrels. Around 350 members make up the Cantina Santa Maria di Palma winery cooperative. Discover an authentic product of Sardinian winemaking with this Italian red wine.

The Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC from the Sardinian region of Anfiteatro thrives in a valley that is exposed to the southern sun all day long. This provides the grapes with plenty of fruit, structure and complexity.The wind, which always prevails at the same time, provides a cooling balance. What is special about this red wine is its biodynamic approach. Neither enzymes nor pure yeasts are used during fermentation. Around a third of the must is fermented in amphorae on the skins for up to 25 days. This produces the intense dark red color. The wine is matured for around 8 months in second and third fill French oak barrels. In order to preserve the natural character of the wine, clarification was deliberately avoided.The nose reveals aromas of forest fruits and smoky notes. The Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC is fresh, round and very lively on the palate. The well-integrated tannins and pleasant acidity are balanced and concentrated. We recommend this Cannonau with all kinds of strong starters. It is also an excellent accompaniment to many pasta variations.

Der Saragat Cannonau di Sardegna DOC ist ein Produkt des sardinischen Weinguts Tenuta Atzei, das zur Fantini Gruppe gehört. Fantini steht für außergewöhnliche, aussagekräftige Weine, in denen sich Vergangenheit, Gegenwart und Zukunft vereinen. So wie in diesem weichen, mittelschweren Rotwein, der zu 100% aus der Cannonau Traube, in Frankreich Grenache genannt, besteht. Die Rebsorte ist arm an Taninnen und Farbe und ergibt sehr fruchtbetonte, aromatische Weine.Die Gärung des Rebsafts findet bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 26 bis 29°C statt. Danach erfolgt eine kurze Lagerung in Edelstahltanks. Das Ergebnis ist ein trockener Rotwein, der mit seinen intensiven Aromen von reifen, roten Früchten wie Kirschen und Brombeeren jeden Genießer überzeugt. Hinzu kommen betörende Noten von Veilchen und Trockenblumen. Die Farbe ist rubin rot.
