Nik Weis is highly regarded nationally and internationally for his Riesling creations. But thanks to its sites with limestone and chalk soils, the estate also has an ideal terroir for high-quality Pinot Blanc. The spontaneously fermented wine, which is matured in stainless steel tanks, comes from 40 to 70-year-old vines.The bouquet of the Nik Weis Weißburgunder combines notes of fresh yellow fruit (quince, pears) with intense foral tones.
