The ST Riesling Steillage from Rhineland-Palatinate comes from the traditional Gebrüder Steffen winery, whose history dates back to the 18th century. Located not far from Trier, the winery devotes itself intensively to steep-slope cultivation: the work on the steep slopes is arduous, but the intense sunlight and mineral terroir create exceptionally fruity and expressive wines.

This dry Riesling combines notes of yellow fruit, subtle hints of lemon and a wonderfully mineral, balanced structure. It is fresh, aromatic and lively in the glass, with a precise, elegant finish that reflects the slate soils of the steep slope.
