This Riesling ‘Auslese’ from the Moselle shows intense, fruity notes of yellow fruit as well as floral aromas and mineral nuances in the nose. On the palate, the white wine from the Rhineland-Palatinate is stimulating, well-balanced and very refreshing. The Trittenheimer Apotheke is one of the best terroirs on the Moselle, producing Riesling wines of great fruity intensity. The slate soils heat up extremely at the height of summer. During the night, the heat is returned to the vines. You’ll want to discover the Steffen Brothers wines which are very aromatic and offer multi-faceted fruit nuances and a great minerality.
