The Steffen ST10 Riesling feinherb Cuvée is a high-quality white wine from the German Mosel wine region, produced by the traditional wine house Gebrüder Steffen.

This Riesling presents itself with a subtle sweetness that is harmoniously combined with the typical Riesling acidity. Aromas of apricot and peach unfold on the palate, making this wine a versatile companion for a variety of dishes. It goes particularly well with Asian dishes, poultry, fish, gratins and cheese.

The grapes for the Trenz Riesling Kabinett feinherb (off-dry) come from the renowned Johannisberg vineyard, where the grapes can be left longer on the vines than in regions at lower altitudes. This enables the grapes to reach a higher must weight, resulting in more intense sweetness and a finer acidity. The slope gradient of more than 30% also ensures more intense ripening of the grapes.
