Benjamin de Beauregard Pomerol 2022

Die Familien Moulin und Cathiard haben 2014 Beauregard übernommen und die Qualität nochmals auf ein höheres Niveau gehoben. Dem Benjamin de Beauregard kommt dabei bei der Weinbereitung die selbe Sorgfalt zu, wie dem Grand Vin. Die Ernte wird auf Beauregard vollständig manuell ausgeführt. Der Benjamin wird im Holzfass ausgebaut, mit 30% Neufassanteil. Er ist von rubinroter Farbe. Die Nase umschmeicheln milde Düfte von dunklen Kirschen, Paprika, Karamell, Pflaumen und Kräutern. Am Gaumen überwiegen vor allem die Früchte und die feine Struktur imponiert. Der Abgang ist ebenfalls durch dunkle Früchte charakterisiert. Der Wein zeigt eine schöne Balance und Ausgeglichenheit. Er ist jetzt bereits nach etwas dekantieren trinkreif, bleibt aber durchaus noch 8 Jahren auf dem Höhepunkt. Köstlich in Kombination mit rotem Fleisch, Wildgerichten und Käse.

The Blason d'Aussières Corbières comes from the traditional Château d'Aussières wine estate, which is located in the heart of the renowned Corbières wine region in the Languedoc. This vineyard belongs to the Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) and combines first-class terroir with centuries of winemaking expertise. The result is an elegant and complex red wine that carries the essence of the Mediterranean climate.The cuvée is made from Syrah, Grenache Noir, Carignan and Mourvèdre - grape varieties known for their powerful fruit and spicy notes. The vineyards benefit from hot days and cool nights, allowing the grapes to ripen optimally while retaining their freshness. After careful manual harvesting, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in order to extract the intense fruit aromas in the best possible way.
