Der Bestheim Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé beeindruckt mit einer feinen Perlage und verführerischen Erdbeer- und Himbeeraromen. Auch am Gaumen erleben Sie Aromen von Erdbeeren und Himbeeren. Der Schaumwein aus dem Elsass ist ein zeitloser Klassiker, der aus 100% Pinot Noir hergestellt wurde.

Nach der Ernte werden die Trauben vorsichtig gepresst und genau wie bei einem Champagner auf der Flasche vergoren, gefolgt von einer Reifung auf Lamellen für mindestens 1 Jahr vor dem Verkauf. Die feine Frucht und eine gut dosierte Süße machen den saftigen Crémant unwiderstehlich.

Servieren Sie den Bestheim Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé als klassischen Aperitif oder zu Schalentieren, Geflügel, Vorspeisen, magerem Fisch und Desserts mit Himbeeren oder Erdbeeren.

Im Jahr 2000 schlossen sich die Weinkellereien aus Bennwihr und Westhalten im Elsass zu dem Verbund Bestheim zusammen. Die Wurzeln des Unternehmens gehen jedoch bis ins Jahr 1765 zurück.

Südlich von Colmar, im Zentrum des Vallée Noble liegt das Dorf Westhalten. Hier erzeugt Bestheim seine außergewöhnlichen Schaumweine, die Cremants d'Alsace. Der Standort Bennwihr, nördlich von Colmar und direkt an der elsässischen Weinstraße gelegen, hat sich dagegen auf die Produktion von Stillweinen spezialisiert. Der Genossenschaft angeschlossenen sind 480 Weinbauern, die 1400 ha Rebflächen bewirtschaften. Zusätzlich kauft Bestheim die Produktion von weiteren 400 ha ein. Bei der Arbeit im Weinberg wie im gesamten Unternehmen legt Bestheim großen Wert auf den Umweltschutz.

Die sieben zugelassenen Elsässer Rebsorten sind Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Muscat d’Alsace, und Pinot Noir. Bestheim produziert das gesamte Sortiment in verschiedenen Qualitäten. Im Jahr 2008 weitete Bestheim seine Produktion aus und betreibt jetzt zusätzlich zwei Châteaux in Bordeaux (Château De Caillavet und Château Fillon) mit etwa 45 ha Rebfläche.

A many-hued colour with strong pink tinges and fine bubbles.The nose is fresh and direct, with aromas reminiscent of cherries, blackberries, pomegranates and redcurrants.On the palate, the wine shows a deliciously full body that follows on perfectly from the nose. Its flavours remind one of fresh strawberries and raspberries.The finish has a pleasantly acidulous character that adds to the impression of finesse given by this romantic and well-balanced wine.The champagne made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reimsregion, and from Premiers Crus andGrands Crus.Its specific style and colour are the result of blending in 8% of red wine produced from a plot of old vines on the hill of Aÿ, and from a plot known as “Meurtet”. Both are particularly well sited and belong to Deutz. The red wine is made by our cellar-master.After almost three years ageing on its lees, the aromas have softened and harmonised, giving this Brut Rosé a particularly subtle nose, and a very interesting mixture of softness and freshness on the palate.This can be enjoyed as much as an aperitif as with a meal, where it would provide the perfect foil for salmon cooked with mushrooms, beef carpaccio, duck with red berry sauces, roast lamb chops or certain fresh and creamy cheese, such as Chaource or Brillat Savarin.Also available as a 0,75 liter bottle.

Wenn es eine Region gibt, die im Besonderen für die Rebsorte Monastrell steht, ist es die Region Jumilla in südöstlichen Spanien, westlich von Alicante und nördlich von Murcia. Auf etwa 900 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel stehen hier die Reben für den Rotwein Creencia con Actitud, etwa wörtlich übersetzt „Glaube mit Haltung“. Der 100% Monastrell spiegelt wunderbar authentisch den Charakter dieser Region und des Terriors wider. Die Reben kommen ohne künstliche Bewässerung aus, was hochwertige Trauben hervorbringt, aber die Menge geringhält. Dieses liegt unter anderem auch an dem Alter der Reben, die bereits seit mehr als 45 Jahren ihren Dienst tun.Dazu gesellen sich Noten von gerösteten Mandeln, getoastetem Brot und ein Hauch Zigarrenkiste. Der Gaumen wird umhüllt von reifen, samtigen Tanninen. Ein Wein, vollmundig und frisch zugleich, der trotz seiner Schwere elegant und ausgewogen wirkt.
