Seit mehr als 40 Jahren baut das Weingut Château de Chemilly Wein in den verschiedenen Appellationen von Chablis an.Chablis ist der nördlichste Teil des Burgunds und eine der bekanntesten Weißweinherkünfte Frankreichs. Das Weinanbaugebiet ist geprägt von Kreide- und kalkhaltigen Böden, die dem Wein eine gewisse Mineralität verleihen. Die meist angebaute Rebsorte ist Chardonnay, aus der der Chablis erzeugt wird. Der Château de Chemilly Chablis 1er Cru Grande Réserve ist eine Cuvée, deren Trauben aus den Lagen Vosgros und Vaucoupin vereint wurde.Der französische Weißwein leuchtet in einer grün goldenen Farbe. Wunderbare Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten, Zitronenschalen, Äpfeln und Birnen umspielen die Nase. Château de Chemilly Chablis Vieilles Vignes 2023

The grapes for this wine come from old vines in the wine-growing area of Chablis: many factors interact to create a unique taste experience. The Chardonnay from the Chablis region offers notes of citrus fruit, white blossoms, brioche and hazelnut in its multi-faceted bouquet. It is dense and intense on the palate, with a characteristic acidity and a great freshness. Its finish is characterised by a defining minerality.In 1973, the family-owned Château de Chemilly estate was founded by Jean-Pierre and Philippe Vilain and is today run by Loïc und Yannick Vilain. The vines grow in a cool climate and produce dry white wines which show a pronounced acidity and lots of fruit. As a philosophy, the winery intervenes as little as possible in the production process of the wines, so that wine connoisseurs enjoy discovering the wines’ unadulterated Chablis character.

Chateau de Chemilly Coteaux Bourguignons Chardonnay

Der Coteaux Bourguignon ist ein Weißwein aus dem Burgund vom Chateau de Chemilly. Er gilt als der Einstiegswein des Chateaus. Der Wein besteht zu 100% aus Chardonnay Trauben und bringt das außergewöhnliche Terroir schon wunderbar zum Ausdruck. Die Weinberge befinden nahe den Gemeinden Beru und Vermenton und liegen am rechten Ufer des Flusses Serein. Die Trauben werden bei mäßiger Temperatur von maximal 20 Grad Celsius auf der Feinhefe vergoren. Danach schließt sich eine ca. 6-monatige Reifung im Edelstahltank an. Die Farbe des Coteaux Bourguignon ist goldgelb und glänzend hell. In der Nase zeigen sich Aromen von Birne und Quitte, die einen leicht exotischen Eindruck entwickeln. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein wunderbar fruchtig und blumig. Noten von Akazie und Orangenblüte verleihen dem Mundgefühl eine besondere Note. Die Säure ist leicht hintergründig, aber bis zum Abgang frisch.Probieren Sie den Coteaux Bourguignon als Aperitif. Zu empfehlen als Begleiter zu Jakobmuscheln oder anderen Schalentieren.Ein Wein mit einem unschlagbaren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

The de Hartes 2020 comes from the renowned Bordeaux wine-growing region, which is known for its traditional and first-class wines. The Chateau de Malle Sauternes AOC offers intense notes of citrus fruit and, according to René Gabriel, lots of freshly extracted honey. This Sauternes is fresh, creamy and invigorating on the palate, underpinned by a lovely acidity. Twenty-five per cent of this assemblage, consisting mainly of Sémillon and almost one third of Sauvignon Blanc, was aged in new oak casks. Neil Martin awards this wine 91-93 points in Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate and writes, amongst other things, ‘This is simply a Sauternes of top quality, both elegant and graceful.’ René Gabriel awards this wine 18 out of 20 points and assesses it as follows: ‘With regard to the nose, this is one of the most sumptuous Sauternes. Château du Gazin Canon Fronsac AOC 2022

The vineyards of Château du Gazin are located in the well-known appellation of Canon Fronsac, north-east of Bordeaux, very close to Saint Émilion and Pomerol.On around 30 hectares of vines, the Robert family is already the third generation to produce a red wine here, which consists of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec and is vinified entirely without the addition of sulphur. The work in the vineyard is also carried out with minimal use of chemicals. The dry wine from France is HVE 3 certified, the highest level of natural winemaking.It has a deep ruby red color. The nose shows strawberry, cassis, a little nutmeg, caramel notes and some cocoa. The palate is round, full-bodied, with silky and fresh tannins, supported by lots of red fruit, strawberry, cherry, some pepper and mocha. Château du Glana 2020

This wine estate from the Saint-Julien appellation has been owned by the Meffre family for three generations. They skillfully purchased additional vineyards and have been able to continuously improve the quality since taking over the estate in 1961. Despite everything, this Cru Bourgeois has always remained moderately priced, so that Château du Glana must be regarded as one of the best values in the appellation.Château du Glana is an incredible flatterer. Harmony, almost Margaux-like finesse and balance are the annual headline of these wines.The Bordeaux greets us with a beautiful ruby red color. The nose is full and complex with aromas of herbs and freshly pressed berries. Round and silky on the palate, with flowers, citrus and berries at the end. The acidity balances this perfectly and the tannins lead into the long finish.This dry red wine is an excellent accompaniment to roasted or grilled meat.

Auf Château du Retout, geführt vom Ehepaar Helene und Frederic Soual-Kopp, entstehen seit nunmehr fast 20 Jahren wunderbar klassische Bordeaux-Weine, die sich kaum hinter einem noch so großen Namen aus dem Médoc verstecken müssen. Verantwortlich hierfür ist zum einen das herausragende Terroir dieses Cru Bourgeois Supérieur, zum anderen aber auch die Hingabe seiner Besitzer, die ihr nahe der Appellation Margaux gelegenes Weingut bewußt umweltfreundlich führen und mit dem Label HVE3 (Haute Valeur Environnementale) ausgezeichnet sind. Das Beste an Château du Retout ist indes der Preis; Weine von derart umwerfender Qualität dürften weltweit kaum zu solch moderaten Preisen zu finden sein.2020 war ein ausgezeichnetes Jahr am linken Ufer der Gironde, und so macht es uns Spaß, Ihnen diesen Wein präsentieren zu dürfen, der dominiert wird von einem hohen Anteil Cabernet Sauvignon (der Rebberg setzt sich aus 74 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 16 % Merlot und 10 % Petit Verdot zusammen).Der du Retout 2020 wirkt verführerisch fruchtig an der Nase, mit viel Schwarzkirsche, schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Brombeeren, Pflaume und Cassis. Auch Pflaume, etwas Lakritz und Zedernholz, Gewürznoten, Sandelholz und Kakao spielen hier mit durchaus straffen, aber gut integrierten Tanninen zusammen. Das Gesamtpaket ist äußerst intensiv, mit einem lang nachhallenden Ausklang. Ein Best-Buy-Wein, der nach etwas Dekantieren bereits jetzt schon genossen werden kann, allerdings von einer Kellerreife noch profitieren wird.Wir empfehlen den du Retout 2020 Solo, oder aber als food-pairing mit Ente, Geschmortem, Rind, Lamm und Hartkäse.Gabriel (A. Château Filhot Sauternes 2ème Cru Classé 2020

Sauternes ist ein französisches Weinbaugebiet und bekannt für seinen edelsüßen Weißwein. Es gehört zum Anbaugebiet Bordeaux.Sauternes-Weine werden vorwiegend aus den Rebsorten Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc und Muscadelle erzeugt. So auch der Chateau Filhot Sauternes. Die Semillontraube hat einen 60 prozentigen Anteil in diesem Wein, da sie besonders anfällig für die Edelfäule ist. Diese sogenannte Botrytis ist ein qualitätssteigender Prozess, bei dem sich Zucker und Aromen in der Traube anreichern, die die Basis für erlesene Süßweine bilden. Sauvignon wird mit 36% eingesetzt und verleiht den Weinen die notwendige Säure. Wobei 4% der Muscadele Traube wegen seines Aromas eingesetzt werden.Die Gärung des Weins findet in Edelstahltanks bei einer Temperatur von 19 - 21°C statt. Die Länge der Gärung beträgt 10 - 30 Tage, abhängig von der Rebsorte und der Konzentration. 10 Monate danach werden die Rebsäfte verschnitten. Der Weißwein reift insgesamt 2 Jahre in französischen Eichenfässern, wovon 1/3 neu sind.Der Chateau Filhot Sauternes besitzt eine honigartige Süße, die von Aprikose, Pfirsich und Noten von Karamell und Mandeln begleitet wird.Servieren Sie den Wein zu traditionellen Gerichten wie Foie gras, Entenleber, Pastete und Obstdesserts.
