Der Pfaffl Vom Haus Muskateller ist ein aromatischer Weißwein aus dem Weinviertel in Niederösterreich. Die Rebsorte Muskateller ist bekannt für ihre intensiven und floralen Aromen, die in diesem Wein hervorragend zur Geltung kommen. Der Wein zeigt ein helles Strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen im Glas. In der Nase entfalten sich intensive florale Noten von Holunderblüten, Muskat und einem Hauch von Orangenblüte. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein lebendig und frisch mit einer angenehmen Süße-Säure-Balance. Pfaffl Vom Haus Riesling 2024

From farm to winery. Pfaffl has developed rapidly since it was founded in 1978 and was even voted European Winery of the Year by Wine Enthusiast. The Pfaffl winery is at home in Austria's largest wine-growing region. Lower Austria stands for loess soils, warm days and cool nights. An excellent terroir for the Riesling grapes of Pfaffl Vom Haus Riesling.After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Before pressing, they are left on the skins for 2 hours. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18°C in stainless steel tanks.In the glass, Pfaffl's Vom Haus Riesling is light yellow in color. The bouquet combines notes of mandarin, peach, apricot and pear. On the palate, the white wine is wonderfully fruity and fresh and dry. You can taste something salty and mineral in the aftertaste.Serve the wine at a drinking temperature of 10-12°C with a salad with feta.

Pfaffl Vom Haus St. Laurent 2023

Niederösterreich, das größte Weinbaugebiet Österreichs. Hier wächst der St. Laurent in einem für die blaue Traube idealem Terroir. Lössböden, warme Tage und kühle Nächte sind vorherrschend in dieser Region.Nach der Ernte werden die Trauben entrappt und gepresst. Bei einer kontrollierten Temperatur von 28°C erfolgt die Gärung in Edelstahltanks für 261 Tage. Durch regelmäßiges Umpumpen des Rebsafts werden so viel wie möglich Farbe und Geschmack extrahiert. Nach der Gärung reift der Wein für 6 Monate in gebrauchten Eichenfässern.Die Farbe des Pfaffl Vom Haus St. Laurent ist rubinrot. Fruchtige Noten von Heidelbeeren, Kirschen und einer gewissen Würze sind dem Bouquet enthalten. Der Geschmack ist fruchtig mit dezenten Röstnoten und überrascht den Gaumen zusätzlich mit Gewürzen und Kräutern.

The Pfaffl Vom Haus Zweigelt has a nose redolent of ripe cherries. On the palate, the red wine from Lower Austria is full and juicy, with spicy nuances and soft tannins. Made from Austria’s most important red wine grape variety, 30% of this red wine was aged in used barriques and 70% in stainless steel tanks. After roughly six months, the Pfaffl Vom Haus Zweigelt was bottled in Burgundy bottles. Try this Zweigelt with steaks, but also with pasta and pizza as well as various roasts and other meat dishes.

Der Pfaffl Wien.1 ist eine charaktervolle Weißwein-Cuvée des renommierten Weinguts R&A Pfaffl aus dem Weinviertel in Niederösterreich.Der typische Wiener Gemischte Satz gab den Impuls zu diesem Blend vom Weingut Pfaffl in Niederösterreich. Zwar sind die Weingärten heute reinsortig ausgepflanzt, damit der Lesezeitpunkt den Bedürfnissen der Sorten angepasst werden kann, die Idee, die Vorteile mehrerer Sorten in einem Weißwein zu vereinen, bleibt jedoch. Die ca. 21 Jahre alten Reben stammen von Wiener Lagen und bringen Wien pur ins Glas. Die Trauben wurden direkt im Weingarten selektiert. Echt wienerisch, fruchtig und erfrischend präsentiert sich diese trockene Cuvée aus fruchtigduftigem Riesling (60%) mit anregender Säure, fülligem Pinot Blanc und würzigem Veltliner (je 20%). Der Pfaffl Wien.1 ist ideal zur Wiener Küche und sehr erfrischend und reizvoll im Sommer! Genießen Sie dieses Trinkvergnügen bei einer Trinktemperatur von 10-12 °C.Zum fünften Mal in Folge wurde 2024 das Weingut Pfaffl von dem internationalen Weinpreis MUNDUS VINI mit dem Spezialpreis “BEST PRODUCER AUSTRIA” ausgezeichnet.

Was Johann und seit 2000 sein Sohn Erich an Rotweinen und Weißweinen aus dem Burgenland kreiert haben und weiter kreieren, ist immer wieder ein Fest für die Sinne und sorgt für Furore in der internationalen Weinwelt. Der Scheiblhofer Big John Cuvée Reserve ist ein wunderbares Beispiel für die herausragende Weinbaukunst von Scheiblhofer.Die Assemblage aus 60% Zweigelt, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon und 20% Pinot Noir strahlt im Glas in einem dichten Violett mit rubinroten Rändern. Das Bukett dieses österreichischen Rotweins ist faszinierend intensiv und facettenreich. Es vereint eine große Fruchtigkeit (Schwarzkirschen, Brombeeren, Zwetschgen) mit delikaten Noten von Karamell, Nougat, gerösteter Eiche und unterschwelligen Noten von Tabak.Am Gaumen ist der Scheiblhofer Big John Cuvée Reserve trocken, frisch und saftig, mit merklichen, wunderbar ins Aromenspiel eingebundenen Tanninen. Auch hier zeigt sich die intensive Frucht (Johannisbeere), dazu kommen die anregenden Karamelltöne und eine feine Süße, die das Finale begleitet.92 Punkte vergibt Peter Moser im Falstaff für diese Cuvée von Scheiblhofer. 12 Monate reifte der Ausnahmewein im Barrique.
