This wine is named for the historical Unterebner farm and vineyard. The vines here rise to an altitude of approximately 450 meters, planted in calcareous soils made up of gravel and clay. Vines here are assured optimal ventilation thanks to the Ora, a wind that rises fromLake Garda in the early afternoon during the growing season.Winemaking: The grapes for this wine were softly pressed immediately after harvest, and the subsequent fermentation was done in wooden casks at controlled temperatures (18-20 ° C). The Altima Sauvignon Blanc from the Cape of Good Hope series from the Anthonij Rupert winery comes from the Elandskloof region around 15 kilometers east of Franschhoek in South Africa. It is a narrow valley surrounded by steep mountain ranges. The mountains provide the vines with plenty of shade and the climate tends to be cool. Dieser Wein hat in den vergangenen Jahren viele internationale Preise gewonnen. Unter anderem vom Decanter Magazine als „Best White Blend in the world over £15“ und 9 mal mit 5 Sternen von John Platter ausgezeichnet. Der zu 75% aus Sauvignon Blanc und zu 25% aus Semillon hergestellte Isliedh hat eine stark mineralische Note, die den Wein einzigartig als Essensbegleiter macht. Schon das Bouquet ist besonders komplex. Es zeigt florale Noten, sowie Aromen von Zitrone, reifem Obst, Marmelade und leichte Röstaromen. Am Gaumen ist der Isliedh von Cape Point Vineyard reichhaltig und lang. Der Wein schmeckt nach Pfirsich, Birne, Vanille, Backgewürz und zeigt einen Hauch von Ingwer, der lange im Abgang verweilt. Die Trauben für diesen herrlichen Wein stammen aus Noordhoek einer Gemeinde südlich von Kapstadt direkt am Atlantik. Die Reben sind einem ständig peitschendem Wind ausgesetzt, was kleine, aber sehr konzentrierte und gut strukturierte Ernten ergibt. Aufgrund der geringen Menge ist der Isleidh in jedem Jahr sehr schnell ausverkauft. Ein limitierter Wein, der das i-Tüpfchen für jedes gute Essen bedeutet.

Das 110 Hektar große Gut Château Rieussec verfügt über 68 Hektar Rebfläche. Es hat eine traditionsreiche Geschichte, die weit zurückreicht. Im 18. Jahrhundert gehörte die Domaine de Rieussec zum Mönchskloster Carmes de Langon. Die Fläche liegt auf den höchsten Arealen der Gemeinde Fargues. Bei der Klassifizierung von 1855 wurde die Qualität der Lage von Château Rieussec als Premier Cru Classé von Sauternes und Barsac gewürdigt.In dem Carmes de Rieussec Sauternes werden die für einen Sauternes typischen Trauben Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc und Muscadelle vereint. Die Gärung findet in Eichenfässern statt. Danach reifte der Wein für 18 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern.Der Wein vom Château Rieussec, gelegen in der Appellation Sauternes in der Weinbauregion Bordeaux, ist von klarer, blassgoldener Farbe. Die Nase umschmeicheln Aromen von Mango und Ananas, sowie Noten von Eiche aus der Fassreifung. Der Carmes de Rieussec 2022 in der Halbflasche stammt aus dem berühmten Weingut Château Rieussec in der Appellation Sauternes, Bordeaux. Château Rieussec ist für seine edelsüßen Weine bekannt, und der Carmes de Rieussec ist der Zweitwein des Hauses. Wie der Grand Vin wird er aus den typischen Rebsorten der Region gekeltert: 58% Sémillon, 25% Sauvignon Blanc und 17% Muscadelle. Diese Trauben profitieren stark vom Einfluss der Flüsse Garonne und Ciron, die das für Sauternes so typische Mikroklima schaffen und den Befall der Trauben mit Edelfäule (Botrytis cinerea) begünstigen.Der Carmes de Rieussec 2022 in der Halbflasche zeigt sich in der Nase opulent und reichhaltig.
