The Altima Sauvignon Blanc from the Cape of Good Hope series from the Anthonij Rupert winery comes from the Elandskloof region around 15 kilometers east of Franschhoek in South Africa. It is a narrow valley surrounded by steep mountain ranges. The mountains provide the vines with plenty of shade and the climate tends to be cool. This results in a white wine with relatively high acidity and superficial aromas. This also has a positive influence on the ageing potential. The Cape of Good Hope Altima Sauvignon Blanc smells of green beans, cut grass, peppers and grapefruit zest. On the palate, it has a mineral note and lively acidity. The wine tastes of grapefruit, lemon and melon. It is a balanced, dry, crisp Sauvignon Blanc with a lingering finish.

Der Protea Chenin Blanc schmeckt nach Wassermelone und lebhaft nach Birne.Der Wein stammt aus den Anbaugebieten Swartland und Voor-Paardeberg und zeigt in der Mitte breite, aber sanfte Hefenoten. The grapes for this wine come from the Groenekloof region located in the wine-growing region of Darling, where the days are warm and the nights are cool, so that there is a significant temperature difference.This, in combination with the dark red soils consisting of decomposed granite, gives the wine its unique mix of dark and red fruit aromas. The wine is wonderfully concentrated and soft, with a juicy tannin structure. Nach dem Vergären in offenen Edelstahltanks wird der Wein für 14 Monate in Fässern aus französischer Eiche der 2. und 3. Füllung und dann für weitere 24 Monate in der Flasche gereift. Der Cape of Good Hope Basson Pinotage duftet nach einer Gewürzmischung und dunkler Pflaume mit einem Hauch von Leder. Den Gaumen umgeben interessante Aromen von Gewürznelken und pikanten Rauchnoten. Dieser Rotwein ist herrlich weich und mit sanften Tanninen ausgestattet.
